You had one job Burlington. Last year, during a turencial downpour, or as my nondramatic mom would say, rain storm, my raincoat bit the dust. It wasn’t special, just a raincoat. So I came to a place where I could find a raincoat. WRONG. The supervisor told me I could bring the lack of coats to their attention by completing a survey. Um… wha?
So their store is huge and that’s fine. Their selection is just okay and that’s fine. Some clothes are cute and cheap and that’s fine.
What is not fine is your longer than life line. Most importantly, what is not fine is your ridiculous selection of 2 raincoats. One x small, one XL. So, if you’re looking for raincoats and are either an x small or XL, this is the store for you. If not, don’t bother.
Please don’t refer to yourself as a coat factory as you have no coats and you are not a factory.

This is a new store for Burlington! Quite a large selection of clothing and other stuff. I found the brand of socks I was looking for and check out was fast!

Having shopped at the Burlington in Glenview for years, I was thrilled when this one opened in Skokie! It’s one huge room filled with designer clothes, at great prices. My husband, daughter and I all found things we liked, as well as many gift ideas. We will be back!
