I hate to admit it, but I ate at McDonalds. If the Bulls win a home game and score over 100 points they give you a free Big Mac so I went to cash in. I also got a large order of fries. Usually their fries are pretty good. Well last night I went and got my soggy Big Mac and soggy fries(they were sitting there for awhile). I know why I never eat there anymore. I actually got a stomach ache from eating their food. NOTGOOD

1÷21÷16 @ 11:04pm — Whoever took my order at drive thru was rude. Said«mc Donald’s.» And I’m like uh… «Number 4 please.» «what soda do you want?» «No soda» «so you don’t want your fries?» «Oh no i want it» and she’s like«k total is…» And I’m in shock cuz all the other ones have asked me would you like anything else or does this complete your order? MYORDERWASNTCOMPLETE, so I drove up to the window and said my order wasn’t complete and I need to add two things. And she’s like«ughhhh» like okay HAHAHAHHA This is a late complaint post about last night, only because I was so tired and hungry.

We claimed our Free Big Mac here after that Bulls Home Game win! I like the option of free refills unlike alot of other McDo places where you are limited to one free refill or need to pay additional $ 0.50-$ 1.00 depending on size of cup. So far i dont have any complaints of food freshness or mistakes in our orders… Service here is much better than the other McDo places in my area so definitely worth the travel even though this place tends to get really busy whether dine in or drive thru…

This is by far the best Mcdonalds, actually the best fast food location in general, i have ever visited. When i have a small order, like a sweet tea, the drive through person will be ready for me when pull up and the server will have the drink out of the window by the time i’ m done paying, so my entire order will literally take less than 60 seconds some days. The young man there, Dennis, is very polite, clear, and concise every time i place an order, even when i have to make a special request, to the point where I just know when he’s there to take my order that there will not be any mistakes, and i will get exactly what i ordered, every time. Their indoor service is also surprisingly fast, even at odd hours like the early morning and late nights.

Once again got screwed through the drive thru. Totally missed one quarter pounder with cheese. Messed up hamburger happy meal, no burger spicy chicken sandwich instead, no fries and no toy.

McDonald’s serves the most horrible burger you can ever buy. I’ve recently moved to the Chicago land area. I find that not just this McDonald’s but every one in the nation is horrible. They need to worry about a lot, service is just one phase, the biggest disappointment is the burgers and that mystery meat they call McRib, chicken nuggets, and over all supposed beef patty. When I was a kid McDonald’s was a very good place, greed, and modern technology, has not improved the over all establishment. They need to go back to real 100% USDA Beef and get away from the machines that press the meat, and steam it. Go back to actually grilling the meat, and why not offer a wheat bun too? During my childhood I loved McDonald’s that was the Friday night spot after the big game in my town. I stopped eating McDonald’s burgers because everytime I digested a burger I had violent stomach eruptions and was on the toilet for hours. So I had to stop eating their burgers. I would hope that they would take heed to some of the things that I’ve suggested because from what I hear their profits are in the shitter. And before long there may not even be a McDonald’s remember before all the modern day changes you had sold over a billion burgers. If it wasn’t broke why fix it? Just a guy who would love a old fashioned double cheeseburger, or Quarter pounder with cheese the way they use to taste, and make them!

I feel dumb for even posting a review for McDonalds, because let’s face it… it’s McDonalds. However, I was there the other night to grab a quick bite to eat through the drive thru. Well, I pulled up to one of the two order boxes and was TOLD to wait… not asked. A few seconds after I pulled up another customer pulled up to the other order box and the lady took his order right away. Another five minutes go by and she finally comes back to me and asks in a rude tone: «What are you having?» Suffice to say I was not happy… probably because I was really hungry at the time… so I told her: «F*** this! I’m going somewhere else.» Yah I know, it’s fast food and I shouldn’t expect five star, but I was hungry. Plus, they are ALWAYS rude here.

While waiting on my order I watched one worker take part of it off my tray and put it in another order that they hadn’t even paid for. Then while waiting for my replacement she took a call and stood there holding my tray until she got off the phone. This is not a complicated job.

Don’t use the drive-thru. Don’t use the drive-thru. Don’t use the drive-thru It is a mantra I repeat nine out of 10 times after I go through this drive-thru. In a word: aggravating! Nine out of 10 times they forget something. It is usually something that I have requested as in «I would like ketchup with those fries» or «I would like barbecue sauce with those chicken nuggets». Simple English, simple orders. I have learned to never pull away without looking through the order. They never cease to amaze me as in the time when there was no fish sandwich(out of a fish sandwich and a happy meal order) or the time at the window(before I started checking myself) when I asked the woman handing me the bag«is there barbecue sauce in the bag?» She looked at the receipt saw that it had barbecue sauce printed on it and said ‚“yes there is”. Silly me, when I did manage to look there was no barbecue sauce! I have called to complain different times and learned from a manager that the person handing you the bag is supposed to check and make sure everything is in it. We all know how annoying it can be to not have the sauce on the side especially if a child is expecting it. So that being said there is a great guy who works the first window named Tony he is always friendly and very happy to take your money :-). So all I can say is if you do use the drive-thru check your order before pulling away it will save you alot of aggravation! I am giving them three stars because it is McDonald’s and the food is pretty uniform and the managers have always been nice and received my complaints well.

Maybe earlier in the day this place decent but not after 10 pm. Literally waited 10 min for an employee to even come up to the front counter. She was very rude & must of been some type of manager she was yelling at employees while taking my order. The experience got worse when I sat down. There was a group of homeless men having a very loud conversation sharing prostitute stories. The only good thing was the food was decent

So clean! Modern interior, super friendly cashier who was so sweet and not the typical rude cashier. They have a self serve drink bar with all you can drink and guess what, they did not charge me extra for my tomatoes! Love this place! Will def return to this location! It makes all the other McDonald locations inferior in service, quality, and even food! Five stars!

Why does a Large meal come with medium fries? It seems like they cheated me since It was a to go order. I checked the receipt and it said LARGE and I was charged for LARGE and got medium. Plus they charge 25cents for a lousy soggy piece leaf of lettuce on the fish sandwich, which by the way has a measly HALF slice of cheese! Who puts HALF a slice of cheese on a sandwich? Well their fish sandwich is pretty small so maybe that’s why! I wont be going back to this location anytime soon. Getting in and out of this location is a real pain. The drive through was lined up around the place so I walked in and there was one other person at the counter. LOL are people too lazy to walk in? And be sure to CHECK the bag before you leave.

My favorite restaurant of all time, when I was broke and living on my own, McDonald’s(the one across the street from Lane Tech) provided sustenance so the Big Mac will always have a special place in my heart above lobster and filet mignon. I love this Skokie McDonald’s, it’s nicely remodeled and neat and clean. It’s apparently managed well because it’s always so busy 8 days a week.

They have actually rbuilt this locale and it looks more sleep, with 2 lanes for a drive thru. But the people are the same; friendly and efficient.

I like what they have done with this place, as it has been recently renovated outside. They now have a double drive thru and seem to be working a bit smoother. Staff inside seems ok, if not just meh! I do however love their smoothies here. They make nice and thick and not runny and watery like other McD’s.

You have to be pretty impressive to get me to write about a fast food restaurant. I have a long drive in to work from the city every morning, and literally pass 2 other McDonald’s(delaying starvation) to give my business to this one. I feel they earn it. 1st — For 2 years now I have been greeted by the same faces at the drive-thru windows and am always impressed at how much positive energy they greet you with. 2nd — According to other McDonald’s, I don’t have an easy order** to prepare and often get denied. But this McD’s has never made it difficult. **What’s my special impossible order? I ask them to take the potato out of the McSkillet Burrito. That’s it… and it causes quite a stir when you drop that bomb on most McD’s. I mean really? I mean«have it your way»? I mean really? Anyways…usually there isn’t much you can do to distinguish one McDonald’s from the next. But here, it’s in details and I respect the little things that make a difference.

The beauty of McDonald’s is the consistency of their product so what really separates one from the next is the quality of service and cleanliness of the restaurant. That’s where this McDonald’s shines above many of the rest. The restaurant(the few times I’ve actually been inside) has always been clean and orderly on both sides of the counter. Restrooms were also clean and smelled fresh. Service is quick, friendly, and detailed. They make sure they have your order correct before taking your money. Most of the time; however, I am going through the drive through to order from this location. Typically, I avoid drive-throughs because it is just another layer that could break down communication possibly introducing error into my meal. Me no likey errors in my food! This McD’s has it down. The drive through is easy to navigate, well lit, and has a crystal clear sound system. The two window method works flawlessly here and I have even changed my order once pulling into the first window without personnel rolling their eyes but rather replying«Sure, not a problem! Glad to help!» What is this? Courtesy and politeness and general enthusiasm at a fast food restaurant? So, I ordered a Big Mac, 10 piece Chicken McNugget, and a large fry. Don’t judge me. It was all piping hot and delivered quickly. Sure beat the hell outta that whopper of a failure I had at the so-called King of burgers down the street.
