I can’t even describe how disgusting my spicy chicken sandwich was. It seems that the employees refried the chicken, and it was just horrible! I regret so much not returning to the store, but I had been driving for 5hrs. It’s disappointing to receive such bad product. If you want to save money, find other ways to reduce costs. DO NOT use me, my money or my time to make your company’s savings of the week! Disgusting!

Never had a bad experience here. The food is on point and the staff are always courtesy and helpful. Your drink cup will not go empty. This place is always hopping so usually I try to go at 10am or 3 pm to get in and out without a complete mob around. Good Lord don’t go on Cow Day or any day when there’s a special. It’s a complete madhouse. Plus their seating is fairly tight. Also, they don’t have enough parking and it’s oddly laid out. So stay alert when driving around.

Very clean establishment. Great staff. You won’t see a sign for this one going north on I-95, so make a note of this one. Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich was really good. The pickles make the sandwich. If you have a hankerin’ fer sum chick-fil-a, this one’s a winner.

We like Chick-fil-A and on a I-9 5corridor trip we were staying over one night and just too tired to go to a sit down restaurant and couldn’t deal with one more hamburger. Ordered the chicken strips which were meaty and tasty; didn’t even need any dipping sauces. Love the waffle fries which are always crispy and hot. And where else can you get lemonade that doesn’t taste like cotton candy. Store is clean and the staff are friendly. Nice stop to pick up some chicken.

My girlfriend and I stopped in at this Chick-fil-A on our way down 95. The restaurant is located about 1.5 miles off exit 97, so it’s not directly off the exit, but it’s not overly far.
The restaurant was very clean and the people who took our order were very efficient. After ordering, the manager brought the food over to our table and made sure we had any sauces we needed. The food was piping hot and tasted pretty good.
The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is because it was pretty cold inside the restaurant… they should’ve cranked up the thermostat a bit. Other than that, everything was positive.

(11/30/2013) Was slightly misled by a billboard for Chick-fil-A on I-95 S, restaurant was 1.5 miles from highway exit, but it was worth it. The location was very busy on an early Saturday evening, inundated with small children underfoot. Service was quick and attentive, if a little surly. I got my food in a reasonable amount of time and ran out the door, forgot my milkshakes, the surly girl who took my order ran it out to me just in time. I was grateful for her, she even flashed a smile when I thanked her. Food was piping hot, Spicy Chicken had some good heat to it, especially for fast food; we always like the IceDream products, shakes were thick and creamy. If it wasn’t for corporate’s politics, would wholeheartedly recommend.

Doesn’t matter what city you’re in, Chick-Fil-A is always busy! This place was a mad house, with a traffic light for entering and exiting! And even when you have the green, good luck getting in because the traffic is backed out into the street whether you choose the drive through or eat-in.

Chick-Fil-A is our go-too for a quick lunch. It’s great that it’s just down the street. But getting through the parking lot & drive thru at lunch time is a bear. You can end up backed up onto the main road. Would be great if they could somehow get that fixed.
