Just brought home a pulled pork, and jumbo pulled pork sandwich, with a side of baked beans, and slaw. WOW! I have been stationed here for 4 years, and have been living near Cross-roads for three. I have to say that I’m upset at myself for not stopping sooner. Their BBQ and sauces are amazing! They appear to have four different sauces, and as I’m partial to mustard based sauces, I went with the«spicy mustard», DELICIOUS!!! Not too hot, but definitely a good bite to it. The pork was cooked perfectly, beans were amazing, and really like your twist to slaw. My wife and I will certainly be stopping here more often. Keep up the good work guys!!!

I think I would give this place a 4.5 if I could. Things that were exceptional here: * The potato salad. This was perhaps the best potato salad I have ever had. I’m not kidding. Normally I prefer a mustard base, but this one has me rethinking that preference. * The sauces. They have 5 or 6 different sauces and they are all absolutely fantastic. My personal favorite was the spicy mustard, but you really can’t go wrong with any of the options. * The ambiance & service. This is a real, rural East Alabama BBQ joint and it feels like it. Things that were good here: * The ribs. They were tender and smoky and had a nice flavor to them. I would definitely get them if I come again. * The baked beans. I don’t generally like baked beans all that much, but I liked these. * The red velvet cake. Nice and moist with a good flavor. Perhaps a little heavy on the nuts, but it sure tasted good. *The brisket. It definitely had a nice taste to it. It was a little dryer than I prefer, but that is really my only criticism. All in all, a very solid spot. It is far off the beaten path, but truthfully, most of the great BBQ spots are.

Great place for different BBQ, in a land of BBQ joints. Check out the beef brisket, it’s outstanding! The potato salad is another favorite. It’s more of a sour cream flavor than mustard or mayo based but not too heavy. The sauces are also different. My favorite is classic mustard.

Great catering service! I was at a wedding catered by Crossroads and it was fantastic! Not only was the presentation done well, the food was amazing! They also had a very, very nice staff and owners. The pork was so tender and delicious and there were so many flavorful sauces to choose from. I would definitely recommend Crossroads if you’re looking to have barbecue at some sort of catered event. They do a great job!

Best BBQ I’ve had in GA/AL! Came to restaurant after trying their food at a friend’s catered party. The pulled pork and pulled chicken are soooooo tender. Their sauces complement the meat really well. And their cole slaw is some of the best I’ve ever tasted — nice vinegary/sweet treat. Friendly couple runs the place and they remembered my name. Gave me a baby back rib just to try it when I was curious. Coming back on Wed night so my two boys under 12 can eat free.

This is the best BBQ in the area. Everything is outstanding, down to the cole slaw and potatoe salad.

The BBQ here is AMAZING! You get tons of food for the price. This is a nice mom and pop-esque place to sit down and eat or carry out. The employees are very nice as well. I love that they’re so close to home too!
