Bojangles

Horrible. They were out of several things. Then when I arrived at the window there was only one of the 2 sausage biscuits that I ordered. So they offered me a substitution. I ordered a gravy biscuit. I waited for a long time to receive my order. By the time I got home and checked my food-​no gravy biscuit. So, cheated out of nearly half of my order. The pinto beans were cold and bland, and the bo-​berry biscuit was so hard, it was barely edible. Don’t waste your money!

Service with a smile. Much better than in the past. So happy my favorite fried chicken place has re-​opened in Smyrna. Now, if only they would include tea with meals like at other Bo’s…

Service with no smile, trash all over the dining room, dirty tables… all this and I am the only one here, so it’s not as if they were busy. In addition, the staff acted as if I was a burden. No one welcoming no please or thank you. Also some less than professional comments made by the staff.

Finally, a Bojangles that I don’t have to drive 30 minutes to reach.
It is always busy, but that’s for a good reason. The Cajun Chicken biscuit grabs your soul.
Eat here, take a break to get hungry again, and then, come right back.
