Best boot buying experience I’ve had. Before i walked in i knew witch boot i had to get for work model 4433. They measured my foot, and used this fancy machine to check the pressure of how i walk to get the proper insert. Along with the boots i got lifetime laces, a 6 month check up on my boots, and a free bottle of NaturseaL with a free refill after i drain this one. The only part that wasn’t desirable was the 350 price tag, but you pay for quality.

This was the first time I had to purchase boots for work. Mark and Anna we’re very knowledgeable about which boots would work for my feet and my occupation.
I would recommend this location to anyone that wants exceptional customer service. Mark will explain everything that you need to know; including boot maintenance.

This store has a horrible customer service when having to order boots. My husband went to purchase new boots that he usually does twice a year. He works construction and walks A LOT! So went in and had great help and service with getting the core t measurements on his feet to get the right size. Tried on a few different styles and decided on a pair he was going to buy. This is when it turned to a bad experience. The sales person told him they should in 7 to 10 days and they would be sent to the house. Well after 10 days he called to ask about where his boots were. He was told that they were on back order, mind you he hadn’t received any calls from anyone in the store to let him know. After him calling the store back everyday even to just get a tracking number so we could figure out when they would be delivered to the house, NO ONE could give him one. They always said so and so would have to give it to him but when he would talk to that person they couldn’t or wouldn’t tell him the number. No biggie whatever, so eventually 23 days later he was finally able to get his boots. He had to go to the store to pick them up though. Now normally this wouldn’t have been that big aid a deal, last year when he ordered boot they came to the house and had boots that on box marked correct size but boots in box weren’t right, the second pair that came had one correctly sized boot and the other was a different size. So he had to pick the THIRD pair up at store. We figured that was a one time deal and gave the store another go. After this year going through ANOTHER horrible experience we will drive a 100 miles away to NOT have to use this store. When you are ordering $ 250 boots I think it should be a better experience. I would NOT recommend this store if they say we will have to order, if that is said run, run as fast as you can to another location and hopefully it will be better.

This place has friendly and helpful service. From what I can tell, there are two employees at this store. Both of which are really helpful and extremely knowledgable about Red Wing Boots/​Shoes and about fitting people based on their job.
If you have a certain pair of boots in mind, they will order you anything from their catalogue. I ordered a pair of Beckman’s (Gentleman Travelers) from them and got them within a week and was not charged fror shipping.
Red Wing schedules you for a boot checkup every 6 months. When you bring them into the store, they clean and polish your boots, replace the laces if necessary, and recommend repairs or replacement insoles.
I highly recommend Red Wing Boots and this store.

Great store and service! Had to get some safety shoes here for a work trip and I appreciated the helpfulness of the salesperson. He offered to measure my foot to get my correct shoe size (I’m always somewhere between two sizes) and got the shoes I picked out quickly. Five minutes later, I was out of there — Quickest service ever! Just FYI, if you give them your email address they’ll send you a coupon for $ 10 off your next purchase. Not sure what else I’d get here considering, while it is a great place to get safety shoes that your company pays for, it’s not necessarily a shoe store where you can get regular shoes. Regardless, just good to know.
