Mary, the Owner, is an awesome cook. This is my husband’s favorite place and in my top three locally. Mary’s pork chops are on point, and my husband ALWAYS gets breakfast, with the BEST, JUICY-EST(it’s that good I spell it differently) sSAUSAGE!!! Yum! The young lady that works in there is sweet and always know what us locals will order! She is attentive and very fun to talk to if not super busy. I’m the President of the Chamber and I vouch for Mary at Frankies!

Horrible service. The owner was extremely short with us when ordering. I had a chicken bone in my taco. I won’t be returning.

Good food, but the owner/manager lady is ridiculously rude. To the point that it overpowers the good food and makes me never want to eat there again. THAT without even getting into the unsanitary conditions of this place. There was a METALSHARD from a thick scrubbing brush in a taco we ordered AND a piece of a plastic bag from FoodsCo in our burrito. ALLFROMTHESAMEORDER!!! Telling owner lady about the freaking METALSHARD resulted in her shrugging her shoulders, giving a very indifferent/blasé «sorry» then immediately turning around to go hide in the kitchen until we left. They must completely change their ways when they have their inspections; or they just pay off the inspectors in burritos.

Chicken Mole and homemade flower tortillas were great! Service was fine and the restaurant is ok, it’s an old house it could still be nicer.

Food: Average Mexican food, nice and hot, temperature wise. — Service: Excellent. Woman with tattoos very sweet and attentive. Location: Seems to be local hang out with big screen TV. I ordered deluxe Carne Asada burrito, which adds cheese, sour cream and LOTS of avocado to the basic Carne Asada, rice and beans in a giant flour tortilla. It was HUGE! NOT spicy at all. Adding the salsa that comes with the pre-meal chips to my burrito gave it a bit more flavor. My husband had a shredded beef enchilada combo dinner plate with rice and beans. He ate the whole plate but said the beef was tough.

The waitress/owner service is HORRIBLE she was more interested in gossiping with the locals than serving new guests. with 4 people inside. we were told it would be an hour before we were served. after watching her gossip with the group for more than 20 minutes, we walked out. We went there several years ago, when it was a different owner. the place was Great. this new owner is Terrible. maybe we will come back, when there is different owners.

Last time I went in there my beans weren’t good I got sick from eating them and the customer services it’s not the greatest On the other hand the chips and flour tortillas are good!

Local geezers hang out here at lunch because the atmosphere is relaxed and the food is plain but freshly made and good. Green sauce enchiladas had tender totillas and the chile verde burrito had very tender meat, very good verde sauce, spicy but not hot. Homemade tortilla for the burrito was tender with a good tooth feel. Portions are on the large side. Homemade chips. Worth the wait to have your food cooked from scatch and the service was attentive but not pushy. Note: I rarely give five stars.

Poorly cooked food. Had to send it back and I really never do that. We’ve given them many chances. Won’t try again.
