Big Dipper

If walking around the corner from picking up your overpriced food to find an employee yelling at your wife and kids sounds appealing to you, than this is the place for you.
Living around the corner we have been regular customers since becoming parents, as they have ice cream, hot dogs, and a small playground (screams bring your kids which we hate here). We Often make inconvenient trips to ATM first since they obviously don’t care about any aspect of service and are cash only (makes tons of sense these days).
Although in the past I’ve been treated just fine by the nice college girls that work in the evening, I will not return to a place that put a black cloud over my oldest sons last day of first grade. I’m only glad I was there as the 2 other young mothers that were there were alone getting yelled at by a older man that should have known better.

Absolutely would be my LAST choice of ANY ice cream stops in the area. The very bold «warning» signs should be a clear indication of their attitude towards «customer service». If that’s not enough the personalities of those serving you should be the «nail in the coffin»…and the arrogance of a TIP JAR is pretty amusing. Go elsewhere!

This place has gone down hill over the years. Even the doggie sundays are half the size. I had been taking my various dogs here for almost ten years for their sundays. Now they are more expensive and less than half the size. My old dog, Jude, was not impressed, and neither was I.

Ice cream was whatever, it’s ice cream it can’t really be bad. But, the service was bad. They didn’t put the cap on correctly for my shake, and it spilt because of that before I could even take a sip. I asked if they could fill

The owners have spent some time and a bit of money in their out building at the rear of the property to provide a large flat panel running the Three Stooges episodes all day as you enjoy some very good ice cream… well worth a stop.
