Mike makes lovely bread!
Award Winning Bread! The French have acknowledged his skill as a bread maker by declaring his team a champion in the prestigious Coup Du Monde de la Boulangerie.
I’ve never had something I didn’t like. The crusts, the texture and taste of his bread are sublime. Well worth finding him at the Sonoma Farmers Market and buying a loaf.

Excellent breads, fresh, natural, wonderful for a wine & cheese evening, Thanksgiving, Christmas, any event that requires eating… and the Bejkr is there! And he now delivers, don’t miss him. Fabulous breads. He is an integral member of the champion USA baking team who won a world title in the famous Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie in Paris and has been invited back again to compete this year. and we have him in our own backyard!

eats: «schiaciata»? (6)oval shaped flatbread
-«summer squash, red onion, corn, cilantro, pepper, a?,. sea salt, majoram, chilli»
–served at room temperature, not hot out of oven
–tasted many different flavors of spices/herbs. not so the veggies.
–veggies more of a décor than flavoring.
