Good Lawdy! Can the employees BE any slower here? I only get 30 min for lunch and it took them 27 min to get my food to me! I ordered a Crunchwrap and a taco. Its not a complicated order. As I was watching the cook (yes, only one cook), he was just making one thing at a time. This is a fast food establishment. FAST food. I could have went to the Safeway and made my own tacos faster than this guy. Also, judging by the reviews, I know Im not the only person complaining about the slow service.
And whats up with no drive thru?!

Their strawberry starburst freeze machine has been broken for the last month! Instead of leaving it broken for an extended amount of time, report it to a management so they can get it fixed or have it replaced. There is a location 10 minutes in the opposite direction that has the same machine, the location isn’t as nice as this one but we will gladly go to the other one if you can’t get your machine up and running soon. Also, they are frequently out of meat for certain items. This location gets busy at night from all the late night stoners and drunkies, why wouldn’t it be more prepared and stock the kitchen? Please fix your machine so everyone can enjoy those yummy freezes again!

Also, they messed up my Mexican pizza, twice.

Couldn’t even get served here. No one at the register. Only two guys working in the kitchen. Giant line of fat white people waiting for their «fast» food. This place isn’t just bad, it’s a waste of time.

It’s taco bell… so the food isn’t that great, but it comes out fast and it’s cheap. I was able to run in and get my food and get out. It was my partner’s first time and she commented on how much nacho cheese they use compared to taco shops. So, if you’re looking for something quick and easy, this is it. Just get ready for the gym after.

This place has great quality food, I have lived her for a year and have yet to have a messed up order or something that doesn’t taste the way it should. Only complaint here is that some of the staff are slow to get your order done. But hey good food and good service 90% of the time.

This was the SLOWEST service I have every experienced in a Taco Bell and they didn’t even have a drive up window to blame it on:(Guy at the register was a little slow, the 3 in the back of the filthy floor restaurant were in total slow/or stop mode. No Supervision what so ever. I watched 2 people walk out. I love Taco Bell but wont go back to this place.

I feel pretty dorky to review a Taco Bell, but these people deserve some credit. By far the best Taco Bell I’ve been to, at least in this area. Always clean inside, the workers are polite and prompt, and more
then anything the food tastes like it’s supposed to. Reminds me of the Taco Bell I had as a kid!

I believe her name is consuelo? She’s a Hispanic lady that works almost every nght at the cash register and she definitely deserves a raise. I drink a lot and Taco Bell is my go to drunk food, and she is always working. She’s so nice and wonderful and no matter how many people are there she is just always working so hard. I stopped coming to this Taco Bell over 15 years ago; it was the slowest, weirdest one of them all. Made a starvation stop here tonight. It was the slowest and weirdest Taco Bell in, well, 15 years. It took forever to get two things and everyone in the place was a kook. For some unknown reason, the feeling in the place has always been a combination of a morgue & methadone clinic. The food is that same as other franchises, it just takes three times as long.

Ok, so I dont really love taco bell that much, but this one is off the hook!
Its clean (even the bathroom), the staff is friendly and also clean, and the food is generally better than most taco bells. They never mess up an order and the cantina menu is off the hook!

I’ve never reviewed fast food — because it’s all the same, right? If you like Taco Bell or KFC then you like it (or not) — it’s always the same. But no, it isn’t. I usually love the Bell — it’s tasty, unhealthy, delish… But I’ve never had such incredibly bland food at any location. Even the sauce on the chicken chalupa which was supposed to be «creamy pepper jack sauce» was sour cream. The Burrito Supreme had no discernible taste at all. Yucch. The other thing that bugged me was the guy at the counter called me «miss» 7 times (I mean, why? if you don’t know don’t do it — hello, wedding ring, married 16 years).
Panda Express, I love you and I will never stray across the parking lot again!
