Dunkin’ Donuts

What is up with all of the bad reviews?
Technically this Dunkin Donuts is inside the Patriot Square shopping center on Route 134 in S Dennis, yet the address is supposedly on Enterprise Road.
Things to know:
1. The staff are friendly, Taylor (at least it says on my receipt…) was extremely helpful and friendly at the drive through today, 9÷6÷15
2. It’s Exit 9A off Route 6, and near the Entertainment Cinema section of the plaza
3. The drive thru is HIDDEN and never crowded.
4. The drive thru is past the cinema, behind the building. Just follow the brown & orange signs on the main Plaza road.
5. Food is good and the prices are **NOT** more than in my local town or nearby area (up by Boston), (so the other review is INCORRECT!)
Overall, great Dennis DD. Highly suggested for a food option directly off Route 6.

Owner gouges prices by charging at least .30 cents more than we pay off cape. Owner was giving 10% senior discount and I was just informed today that it’s been reduced to 5% senior discount. Looking elsewhere now. Saw better price for coffee at Ring’s and looking at Tedeschi’s and had a great coffee at Cumberland Farms which was only around $ 1. My mom says after 14 years of buying her iced coffees at the Dennis DDs that’s she’s done and moving on to one of the other businesses I mention.

It’s fine, but not particularly well run DD. Lines typically better than other places, but because the staff is not a well trained, they take longer.

Friendliest and fastest service I’ve ever had at a DD. It probably doesn’t hurt that I came on National Donut Day.

I want to give this DD zero stars. I used to drive through here in the mornings a couple of times a week up until last spring. One morning I got a sandwich, gave the drive through window girl 4 singles for a $ 3.69’ish tab and got nothing in return — no change, just a big smile and «bye!» Not even a «thanks for letting me take your change!»
So I stopped driving thru here. Until today, when I saw something I have to admit I’ve never seen at a DD.
Today I broke my boycott and drove thru. Waited at the speaker while 9 cars drove up behind me and also waited and waited while I watched a white sedan drive up to the line, cut over by the trash and U-​turn into the line ahead of me. Okaaaaaaaaay. Drove in ahead of me, ahead of the speaker, ahead of everything. And hard to believe (not), when the driver pulled up to the window, a bag of food was handed out, no money exchanged hands and the car drove away!
Friend? employee? owner? who knows, just another reason not to patronize this shop in order to support someone else’s tab.
