Owner gouges prices by charging at least .30 cents more than we pay off cape. Owner was giving 10% senior discount and I was just informed today that it’s been reduced to 5% senior discount. Looking elsewhere now. Saw better price for coffee at Ring’s and looking at Tedeschi’s and had a great coffee at Cumberland Farms which was only around $ 1. My mom says after 14 years of buying her iced coffees at the Dennis DDs that’s she’s done and moving on to one of the other businesses I mention.

Open 24⁄7 clean and courteous. Don’t always have the«good donuts» but have lots of selection. Wish they had a drive thru.

The one healthy lunch thing you had here, grilled chicken flatbread, has been discontinued. Boo. Went hungry.

The old reviews paint a bad picture but it’s been remodeled and maybe restaffed because everyone is nice and the service was quick. Regular selection of donuts and drinks plus a lot of grab-and-go baked goods.

Probably the worst Dunkin Donuts that you’ll ever go into. No exaggeration. Service is so slow, and the employees do absolutely nothing to speed things up. After spending 25+ minutes waiting in line with six people still ahead of us, we walked out. And, what’s with the people sitting in the establishment with their laptops using the free wi-fi, yet they have no Dunkin Donuts products in front of them? Side note-your employees in Dunkin Donut’s uniform attire, should not be lounging in front of the store, on the benches smoking. Nothing is more uninviting and unwelcoming as employees smoking out in front on an establishment, and taking up space meant specifically for customers If they want to smoke, they should go out back. And, this isn’t just a Summer thing, as we’ve had similar experiences in the dead of Winter at this location. Won’t return and do not recommend. We’ll go to Cumberland Farms across the street in the future.

The worst service out of all the dunkins in NE. The wait time was unexceptable to the point where people paid for the egg sandwiches and left because they were waiting so long :(

I walk into a Dunkin’ expecting a quick coffee and breakfast, but this has to be the slowest Dunkin’ going. The line was long which one might expect at 8 am, but it took forever to get to the counter. And with 3 kids in tow, this was like torture. Won’t be coming back. One local even confirmed that its like this all the time.

Dunkin Donuts is like the New England staple. They’re on every major corner of the any major street. They’re like calling out your name. Enticing you in. It sounds tempting, until you actually try them. While in MA, I had the pleasure of going to three different Dunkin Donuts in hopes to finding a good one. All falling short of my expectations. This Dunkin Donuts was one of the worst I went in. We came here for breakfast while we were driving from the Cape to the airport to fly home. I ordered the Bacon, Cheese and Egg sandwich on a Cinnamon Raisin toasted Bagel. I also ordered an Iced Coffee with milk and sweetener. My boyfriend ordered a donut and a toasted Cinnamon Raisin toasted Bagel with Cream Cheese. Who can screw up this order, right?! Wrong! My sandwich was just«meh». What made it bad was the bagel was burnt and barely edible. The fillings were on the cold side, too. Total bummer. The coffee was tasteless and the sweetener was in chunks in the bottom of the cup. Seriously?! Total waste of calories. My boyfriend’s donut was decent(no screw up there). But, his bagel was totally burnt and they forgot to put cream cheese on it. We didn’t notice this until after we left, so we couldn’t complain. We even checked our receipt and it said«with cream cheese» on it. Who can miss that?! Staff here was also unfriendly. Bummer. Overall, next time I’m in New England, I doubt I’ll be visiting a Dunkin Donuts again. Cheers!

Looks nice, but the staff have their heads up their you-know-what. Many people waiting a very long time for simple nuked food. And they screwed up our order, no less. To hell with this place.
