Dunkin’ Donuts

It is unclear to me how this location can have a below average rating. It’s clean, in a very convenient location, and the staff are seasoned employees who have been working there for some time. In season it gets crazy here, particularly in the morning. That said, the line moves extremely fast and they do a good job of getting you in and out. Since most people are on vacation the waiting customers are light and chatty.
There is no drive thru at this location, but I’m sure that was the zoning decision given its location. It would have backed up traffic on 28 for sure.
It’s Dunkin Donuts, not a gourmet coffee house.

My second time at a DD in Cape Cod, I went in asked for my favorite coffee, Americano. The lady first said we close in 7 minutes, as in please don’t order anything. I then asked if your still serving she said yes. I then proceeded to ask for my Americano, and she said «What’s That?» I said «3 shots of espresso, with water» she then said she’s been working in yhe coffee I dusty for 10 years and has never heard of it, and that it might be a «Starbucks Thing». I told her «No, it’s a coffee thing». Also her coworker said as he walked in from the back «Well Surprise, Surprise, Surprise!!» The most unprofessional establishment, I have ever experience. Next time say sorry, but this is what I have…
Next time say «But this is what I have…» with a smile. How have you made it 10 years in customer service, with that attitude?

No drive through, horrible parking and difficult to exit into busy intersection.

Fast, clean, good service and conveniently located. Quality of the coffee is spot on, and it didn’t matter what time of day I went (morning or afternoon/​evening).
