Worst Starbucks on the planet. That is saying something considering how much I travel for work. Very slow. Can not make a latte properly at all. On the first visit I had to return my latte for another which was not much better. On my next visit he latte was no better. They do t foam the milk at all they just heat it. It is so bad I will use Dunkin across the street from now on when I am I. Dennis.

This Starbucks was fast and efficient even though the Stop N Shop grocery store was packed. We had no problems with this Starbucks. We did have a BIGPROBLEM with the UnilocalAPPDIRECTIONS(voice navigation). It had us driving up and down 134 and Main St and even had us turn into a cemetery as part of the route(not to turn around). It was off quite a bit. Very frustrating!

Never again! I received a $ 10 gift certificate on Facebook which I printed out and brought to this Starbucks. I had never been to a Starbucks before(and will never go back again!) Didn’t want to waste a cent on the certificate so ordered 2 chocolate smoothies and a caramel crunch something or other drink. The clerk was slow despite it being 3 in the afternoon and he didn’t exactly exude personality. The total would have been $ 13. and change so I gave him the certificate and a ten dollar bill so I could use up the entire certificate and not spend all my cash. Instead he used the cash first and handed me back my certificate which now had about $ 7 left on it. I said I wanted him to use the entire certificate and he said he couldn’t change it. That was most unsatisfactory but he would not make any changes so I canceled my order. I asked for my $ 10 back but the certificate could not be used twice so it is now completely useless. Now I’m out the gift certificate and the drinks. There was no manager there to voice my complaint to. I am NOT a happy customer.

There were two baristas working. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, watching the guy slowly make a black tea and an iced coffee(that took the entire 10 minutes) while the girl ever-so-carefully cleaned the steamer on the espresso machine(yup, 10 minutes on that too). Finally the guy made his way to the register, but before I could give him my order, the girl called him over to take a look at how clean the machine was(he agreed — it was quite clean). So I’d say go somewhere else if you’re in a hurry. But if you’re looking for a sparkling espresso machine, this is the Starbucks for you.

This Starbucks is inside the Stop & Shop at the Patriot Square Mall in South Dennis, so it has no drive-through which normally would cause a one-star deduction. But this Starbucks has the kind of focused customer service that you only see in the stores close to the original one in Seattle. I’m firmly convinced the manager, Kim has memorized the name of every single repeat customer who ever walked through the door, AND knows their drink order. She’s spotted me coming through the front door, started my drink and had it ready before I even reached the counter — she’s amazing! Granted, Starbucks is a chain with fixed menus so there’s not a whole lot to comment on from one to another EXCEPT the way you’re treated and this Starbucks is outstanding due to one manager. Fast, accurate, awesome customer service, an almost lost art. I stop here on my way to work — it’s a turn off Route 6 at exit 9, and then wander back onto Route 6 for the last half of the ride to work but it’s worth the extra 15 minutes. If you’re driving down the Cape it’s the last exit before Route 6 turns into one lane and you have to wiggle for your place in line — driving off the Cape it’s your last convenient Starbucks for quite a while, so plan accordingly!

I LOVEMYSTARBUCKS! The company I work for always talks about«love marks» and this is so it for me. I love the staff, and I totally get the«I’m a regular» vibe as they all know me, my kid(whom they always make laugh, not that it’s hard) and my drinks. I love that they say«are you getting your usual?» because it’s the only place I get that from. sure they’re busy, but they’re located IN a grocery store! I also love that I’ve won the in store stop and shop card free coffee lottery twice(if you don’t have your card they scan one for you, after X amount of scans a purchase is free. now obviously you want to use your own card, but it’s always fun to win if you forget yours!).

This Starbucks is inside the Stop and Shop. My boyfriend and I went here twice while in the Cape for a week. The counter help was friendly and quick. Our second time there the young lady told us there was a special, told us the price and then made our coffees. When she rang us up the price was not what she had just said. I asked about this and she said«ooops, i made a mistake». Not a big deal but we thought that she would have fixed the price to reflect what she had just told us. Anyway his carmel macchiato was good and my(skinny) coconut frappachino was really good. The plaza that it is in is also really convenient with a liquor store, marshalls, etc.
