Seriously, this McD needs to do some hiring. The morning drive thru always takes FOREVER! I can be the only one in line in the drive thru and it takes 5 – 10 min for a basic order.

Would give this location a 0, if it were an option– lazy workers. Drive thru closes at 1AM and I arrived around 12:40AM. They refused to serve us and claimed to be closed… It’s McDonald’s! It only takes 1 minute to ASSEMBLE their pre– made food. Dear Obama and Congress, do not raise the pay for these lazy, disrespectful workers. :)

I was told I didn’t order a hashbrown and they demanded my receipt. BAM. 1 hashbrown. So now I’m for a fuckin hashbrown that they barely started cooking. I’ve waited 5 minutes in the drive thru line and am now in the parking lot. Still waiting. I was told to park so the other people can get their food first. Oh. 4:52 now. Another 4 minutes go by. A worker is finally here with my hashbrown. No apology for the wait or mess up on their part. 4:57.

Truly, I’m immeasurably displeased by this location, and I’m definitely never returning to this McDonald again until its customer services improves. Reasons? — there were pieces of debris in my fries and you can CLEARLY see it. This type of unsanitary action is unacceptable especially when you’re serving this to the customers. — customer services were terrible, but this particular reason is not valid enough because I did arrive at 1AM — I ordered a salad, but I didn’t receive a fork nor my seasoning sauce. McDonald’s employees at this location, please clean your kitchen more often. And do your job right. Thanks.

They are the absolute worst. I asked for fresh fries and the ones i got were super stale. They dont follow simple directions and the managers are so rude. I honestly do not recommend this location. Fucking worst.

Employee messed up orders and manager does nothing to help and took me 5−10minutes to get my order fixed… I was trying to ask for help from the manager, but even when I was next in line she decides to ignore me and talk to the other customers first. She is really rude and disrespectful to the customers and I would rather spend my 5−10min driving to the next McDonalds. All in all, biggest trash of a manager and service ever. It deserves its infamous 1.5 stars or worse.

Been to this Mc D’s several times and let me tell you that always! during the evenings the employees end up messing up my order. One time I got two cheeseburgers and both were missing the meat, when I told the«manager» she automatically assumed I ate the meat and with a sarcastic tone started making fun of me along with the people in the back. Who made this person manager? Second time the cook burned the bread to the point of tasting bitter… They took forever to replace what they originally messed up. Then the same patty was bloody and I told the register guy politely that the patty was bloody and he replied with… A lot of people prefer it rare. That’s when I told him to toss it in the trash. Then he consulted with the people in the back and I heard clearly how they don’t give a sh!# about how they f#!&ed up. I’ve seen many customers get rude and agitated, and now I understand why, because they take advantage. If you wanna get some real customer service out of this location prepare to get real ghetto because that’s how you get a reaction.

I felt sorry for my shoes and decided to go elsewhere. Lol. Check out my photo to see what I meant. There was leftover trays on some tables. Seems like they were just concentrating at the registers taking in moneys. No wonder McDonald’s is losing customers and in the red.

I come here for lunch sometimes when I’m bored with tacos. I gotta say almost every time I come here they manage to screw up my order. Today I asked for a large quarter pounder with cheese combo and no onions. Seriously how hard is it to not put onions on something? They also gave me a regular size drink instead of the large.

I’m not a huge McDonalds fan, but I like the coffee and diet coke. They also have really good deals all the time. But McDonalds is just filler food for me and it’s cheap. Now this McDonalds I visit on Garvey takes the cake. The guy who takes the money in the first window has no personality. No hello or have a good day. When I go to pick up my food, the lady gave me my coffee, diet coke and the bag with my food. I asked for 1 ketchup and she handed it to me, with her back turned to me like she was upset. Like I just asked her for her kidney. If I would have not grabbed it she would have dropped it. So the two stars is because of the bad customer service. Check out my Unilocal review about the McDonalds in Downey on Lakewood Blvd., and Florence. So all McDonalds aren’t the same.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! They forgot the bacon in my bacon mcdouble, and it’s not the first time they do this. They gave me the bacon on side, didn’t even offer to make me a new burger. They always mess up your order so make sure to check it before you leave!

F this place!!! When we go to drive thru we expect things a bit perfect and not wanting to go back to complain. I mean my 2 large fries were not fresh its ok. I can deal with that. But when my niece’s Hi-C was watered down then its on! F this place. I f in hate this drive thru mcdonalds!!! If only i had a chance to look up the stars before driving here!

I had lunch at this McDonalds in South El Monte, CA on 12/13/2012. By that I mean that I used their drive thru. I had a Big Mac. What more is there to say — it’s a McDonalds! — it’s 12/18/2012 and the above review has been filtered for days already. Clearly it violates Unilocal’s policies. I THINKNOT.

So the first two times I went here around noon time it was not bad! French fries were fresh and hot and the sweet tea was sweet and good. My cousin and dad gets hungry quickly at night so we would go get them food here. On one of my trips with my cousin we didn’t pay much attention to what was going on because we had no problems before. My cousin is looking in at the drive thru window and we notice they were having trouble with the ice machine but they fixed it and re-did all the drinks. Come home and the next day as we empty the unfinished drinks to throw away the cup we find an unscrewed nut bolt in my cousin’s drink. My cousin and I thought about it and she stated she thought she saw something fall into her drink the night before but thought nothing of it because we saw them throw away the old drinks and make new one. Umm… I guess not. They really need to clean up their location and be more aware of what is going on with the equipment. That was just so sick… lucky for my cousin she only took a couple of sips of her sweet tea. Another time, I came with my mom and believe me, we checked everything and watched them make our drinks. I even told the worker what happened last time and he apologized but this time before I even got to the last window I had noticed there was a homeless man who was blocking people in drive thru from leaving and bugging the drivers to help him buy a McDouble because the manager wouldn’t let him in. So when my car is at the window, I realize the workers and manager knows this man because they spoke to him using his first name and seemed like he has been here before. He asked me to help him, and the manager kept sticking her head out the window telling the man to go away and told me to just ignore him and run him over or something, and I was just surprised because even though I knew she was joking she kept saying rude things insisting that I harm this man. By the time the whole thing cooled off and I got my items and drove off, I tried to look for the man to give him my order, but could not find him. =/The manager needs to be careful with her words, because I could of easily reported her, but I was too focused on trying to help this man but in the end couldn’t find him.
