My fiancé and I’ve tried this place twice now — the burgers were nasty the first time(he had the bacon avocado and the avocados were browning fairly badly and I had guacamole, if you can call it that it was gaggy and had a weird flavor I couldn’t finish it and he couldn’t finish his and we had to get other food because we were hungry still) so we got sandwiches this time. My fiancé’s sandwich had the turkey meat OUTSIDEOFTHEBREAD on one side and avocado on the other side outside of the bread. Like say what? And I got a Hawaiian chicken sandwich and I didn’t think that cheese goes with pineapple but apparently it does for some people but I couldn’t even stomach it. The fries are tasteless and need fry sauce(which my fiancé doesn’t even like) to give it flavor. I did love the fry sauce very tastey and nothing unusual. But their shakes are delicious and wonderful. I loved the Piña colada the first time and almond joy the second time. My fiancé loved his chocolate shake both times. Just make sure to get a mini because the small is bigger than your face. And one more thing SOEXPENSIVEOHMYGOSH! And it TOOKFOREVERTOGETFOOD! They were just chatting behind the window and they gave us our food and told us to have a nice day and we were like ummm we ordered shakes too? So, so ridiculously expensive and slow for nasty crap food. I’m just eating the shake for lunch today because I couldn’t stomach the rest. It’s too bad because this place used to be better.

I gotta say, love this place! The food is great and the service is great as well. I also have to say that Keaton brought our food out this evening, one of the most friendliest people I have ever met. My go to as of late has been the Bacon Blue Cheese Dressing Burger, the bacon is thick and crisp, the dressing has chunks of blue cheese… So awesome, will be coming here as much as I can To Keaton — hopefully you read this, thank you for your great service

I like it here. I’ve been here a couple of times. My only complaint is you are going to pay a lot more than other fast food joints but the food is better. The shakes are huge so get a mini. Burgers are good, fries are good, onion rings are good, and the fish and chips are good.

Went there for lunch for the first time on a Friday. Ordered for me and my wife and was given a number. After waiting at a table for 25 minutes I went up to the counter to ask what the hold up was. Apparently they gave me the wrong number and gave my food to someone else. They were very apologetic and asked for my receipt so they could refund my meal. They brought our order out about 5 minutes later and the food was decent. However after checking 3 weeks later, they never did refund my meal. How insulting! Questionable customer service here, watch yourself.

Meh. I felt article circle has better ice cream and Five guys has better burgers. It wasn’t horrible by any means, just not worth how expensive it is for what it is really.

Best burgers in Utah, hands down. And I love Crown and Apollo, but nothing compares to the flavor and quality that you get at JCW’s. The pastrami burger is the stuff of legend, and is so good that I almost ordered two when I went last, and would have if I thought there was a prayer I could make it through two. We get a chicken platter for the kids to split(which is plenty, it’s huge), and a couple shakes to share(same). As others have mentioned, the fry sauce and other offerings are top flight, and this whole place just is awesome. Come here quick!

This is by far the best burger chain I’ve ever visited throughout Utah; and Utah has many. I cannot love this place enough. Their burgers are all amazing, their bacon is thick and crispy, and their fries and fry sauce are always good. If you’re looking for something other than burgers, their chicken wings, fish and chips, and ice cream are all worth a try. If you get their ice cream… be sure to leave extra room as the portion is huge! If you want a burger, go here.

It’s like Crown Burger circa 1985. Seriously. With a sports theme. I like their burgers and fries. I’ve only had soft drinks but they evidently make shakes. I’ve enjoyed fish and chips. They have fry sauce. It’s a similar price point to Crown Burgers. I dunno. If eating good food that’s eventually going to kill you(what food isn’t?) then this is the place. Amazing food, huge portions and made to order. Def worth the wait for it. The shakes are gigantic! A small is a normal med elsewhere and so on.

We came here because of recommendation for Fish & Chips on Unilocal. They have a very large menu and quantities appear quite large. Our Fish was excellently prepared, nicely crisp crust and hot center. Fish texture is very good. I missed the«beer batter» flavor of my favorite fish, however. Malt vinegar is available but didn’t improve the tartar sauce or taste of the fish. For my taste, the tartar sauce is awful. It has a very bitter flavor and after taste. The fry sauce is very good and I greatly enjoyed the French fries, very good texture and taste. The hamburger was very good, with plentiful condiments available. Good variety of soft drinks.

I love the original location in American Fork the most, but this one is amazing and so much closer to where I live now. I’m obsessed, and I could just drink their ranch dressing. Chicken strip platter and bacon ranch burger are my favorites, and the GIANT«size small» shakes!

The burgers and fries were good, we got a chili cheeseburger and the bacon blue cheese burger. The chocolate milk I got for my daughter tasted like melted chocolate ice cream. And it cost $ 2.50! I couldn’t believe it when I saw the receipt. I’ve had the shakes here and they’re delicious. The service is super friendly. The only reason I don’t give it 4 stars is because of the price of that terrible chocolate milk! It should’ve been the cheapest thing we bought!

Food came out quick by the servers. The feel of it is like a classic burger joint back in the days. Also they have an endless supplies of fry sauce heaven!!! And also a bunch more condiments you can grab yourself!

Tried a JCW burger for the 1st time this weekend! It was yummy! I got a burger that had swiss cheese, bacon and swiss cheese added and asked for it to be made«Protein Style»(meaning minus the bun). They brought it to the table wrapped up in lettuce just like a burger and it was delicious! I’ll be back for sure!!! My hubby had a burger w/pastrami and said his was really great. We shared a chili cheese fry…(totally indulged w/that choice) but it was soooo worth it! I wonder what a chili cheese onion ring order would taste like? Just a thought…

Their slogan is «Quality, and lots of it», but sadly this was not our experience. I drive by this place all the time, and one night I was in a bit of a hurry and decided to grab a burger on my way to an event. I pulled into the drive thru and noticed that there was only one car ahead of me. Perfect. I ordered their pastrami burger and a cup of water. The total cost of the meal was just shy of $ 8…this had better be some burger… By the time I pulled up to the window the car in front of me was gone, yet I still waited about 10 minutes for my food… This had better be some burger… Unfortunately, instead of quality and a lot of it, I instead got an overdone pattie with a scant amount of pastrami(both crown and astro are less expensive and give you waaaay more), a slice of cheese, the inner parts of the onion(the thick dense core), and mayo. There were two giant slices of tomato… Which would have been great on a blt, but were the only thing I would qualify as «lots of it», other than the price. For what you are paying, this experience fell way short of expectations. Oh also… I was charged 10¢ for my water cup… It’s a small thing I realize… But when you are paying that much for a burger, you’d think they would throw in the water for free. That all being said, we have yet to try the Shakes. If those turn out to be where the quality and lots of it lay, then these guys might be worth another trip.

Came here for lunch and got a club sandwich. The avocado was fresh and the sourdough was on point — crisp outer edges and the center buttered nicely. The place has a nice ambience with a sports vibe to it with so many TV’s around. This is a nice place to stop by for lunch if it’s just a few friends. They have all sorts of condiments and a complete burger menu with every section possible. I’ve been here twice and both times been happy with their service

Just opened up down the road so my husband and I decided to give it a try, and we were quite impressed. The restaurant was really clean and felt warm and welcoming. The service was really nice, if a bit slow for only one other customer being there at the time. If you are looking for a good quality burger this is the place for you. The meat is super fresh and tons of different topping options. We tried the bacon blue cheese burger and it was great. I also had a chicken strip and fry basket. I got their mild spicy dipping sauce, which is a combination of Frank’s red hot sauce and a honey glaze, and man oh man was it good. That paired with their fresh ranch made for chicken dipping heaven. The fries were decently good and cooked fresh. This place is a little on the expensive side for just a burger and fry shop, but it is quite delicious!

If you’re a Utah native, you’ll understand when I say their style of burgers is like Hires and Training Table, but better. If you like TT’s famous cheese fries, you’ll love JCW’s version. The delicious shakes here are massive so double check their sizes, you’ve been warned. Customer service is very good and friendly here. Being a new building, things are very clean and great for families.

This place is great. They just opened at this location and after walking through the doors you can really tell. Everything is so new and clean. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. I loved how there were so many flat screen TVs hung all over the walls playing sport channels. I can easily see myself watching a game and enjoying a meal here. I have never been to a JCWs before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they serve Halibut Fish and chips. My friend made sure to order that along with a small malt pineapple shake. I had a ribeye steak sandwich and a small Oreo shake. The prices were reasonable but a little on the pricer side if you are comparing with other fast food places. Totally worth it. The shakes were HUGE! I had a hard time just finishing my small off. They do offer a mini size shake. I can only imagine what that would look like. A small shake was larger than a large shake from any other place. You have been warned. The halibut fish and chips was pretty good. The fish was golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked just right on the inside. The ribeye steak sandwich was delicious. The steak was well seasoned and very tender. I was afraid that they were going to over cook the steak but they nailed it. Perfectly moist, it just melts in your mouth. I recommend this place to everybody. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere to it.
