Walmart Supercenter

I love ordering from the Deli at Wallmart bc they have great prices & the food is always good, no matter what you get. I’ve ordered giant boxes of friend chicken, giant submarine sandwiches, & the list is too long to fit in this little box, smiles. The only problem is when I call the deli sometimes to put in an order, is who picks up the phone on the other end, in the deli bc all employees there are not all the same. Some of them cut you off as you’re trying to speak as if they are in such a hurry which can be irritating to deal with. One told me they no longer make the giant subs when in fact they still do. My favorite person working in the deli now is Sam. Sam is a young lady who is excellent with the customers & their orders. I have NEVER had an order get messed up with her. But what I like the best about her is that she is so patient & nice to EVERYONE! I always have a million questions so I can make the best decision on what to buy & Sam is always so patient explaining all my options. Sam makes me feel like Im the only person in the store that matters when its my turn in line. I completely trust Sam with anything I order & always ask for her now bc I know she will make sure everything is done right on my order & it will be done on time. I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU & suggest you give Sam a raise or promotion bc she is an outstanding reflection of your store & having good employees like her keeps customers like our family coming back again. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to the Walmart Deli if they ask for Sam. I dont know exactly what her title is there, but she really needs to be in charge of some of those other people (not all-​but some) that are not as good with the customers so she can teach them how to be nice. Walmart you got a good employee there in Sam, I hope you take good care of her bc she is a delight to deal with! Thank you Wallmart for having good employees like Sam. Because of her, we will be back!

I liked this store because this store is exactly the same as I saw in Salisbury, NC and it made me nostalgic for Salisbury. Unlike WM of Novi, this store has kept vegetables/​fruits on the right side of entrance and on your left side is clothing section and Pharmacy department is on other gate, which is on your left side when you enter from other gate, exactly the same as I found in any WM store of NC. Novi WM store is exactly opposite to this set up & I am used to NC kind of Walmart set up because I find easier to navigate and find the things easily. Novi store still puzzles me sometimes because it’s set up is different from any WM store set up. I also liked this store because it has more selections as what we found normally online, but still I could not find snow pant in ⁴⁄₅ year range for boys, but rest of the other items which are impossible to find in Novi, are available here. All in all, I am quite satisfied on coming here esp. because of familiar set up and wider selection.

This is one of the three more prominent super grocery shops in the downriver area. This is probably the one stop shop for everybody. I like to buy stuff here as well, merchandise, groceries, sometimes even hardware items. Most of the time they usually have the lowest prices around and its usually the case.
Most people like to come here and window shop to pass the time. I know I’ve done it, and there’s no denying that you’ve done it as well. Browsing the endless selection of things and things and things and items and clearance isles can melt away hours and hours and hours if you’re that bored. Plus It beats being a procrastinating couch potato. I bet a set of window shopping here can log in 10,000 steps on your Fitbit easy. Plus you’ve checked out items that you can buy yourself in the future.
My boyfriend loves the home department here, mine is the kitchen stuff and the automotive, maybe some electronics as well. My nephew is a constant customer of their sport department, specially when summer comes around. Baits, weights, fluorocarbon lines, bobbers, spinner, and all that has to do with the fishing kingdom is pretty much here. Not the geeky stuff, but enough items for the beginner and intermediate alike. I’ve bought car stereos, install kits and car care items here too.
I do like this place, as much as it does get a bad rap for being Walmart. I still go here to shop because I like the prices here, plus its very convenient for me to get to. This is by far the newer sister that spun off from the Taylor site. It might not be as big, but it’s still quite sizable. Never have I had a bad experience here and I will keep coming back for their lowest price guaranteed.
