I have mailed multiple packages from this business. Each time I noticed the prices were marked up incredibly high! I know they need to make a living but please stay competitive. And give me a reason to pay the higher price, the service leaves a lot to be desired. When asked why or why not the ladies working there always reply «because» or «that’s just the way it is». Huh… okay. I guess I’ll take my returned package elsewhere. Thanks for not giving me a suggestion on how to fix this.

Love this store! it’s always super clean and has all you need to ship. The Asian girl at the front is so nice as well.
The post office should really learn from a business like this. I will continue to ship from here.

Rude rude rude! I’m not sure if the lady was the owner or an employee…, we went to have documents postmarked that had to be postmarked by today and she refused to do it! Rudely said go stand in the long line at the post office… won’t be back! I guess they think since Scolaries closed that people don’t have other options… Well the post office line was short and they postmarked… we mail a lot of pkgs and other postal needs but WON’T BE BACK!

I’ve tried this place a handful of times and each time I leave I walk away wondering why I keep going back. The people at the counter are not pleasant. I went to seal my envelope and the counter lady got upset/​frustrated with me stating that they do all the packaging. I reminded her that they were my packages with very important documents and that I wanted to make sure they were sealed. They also charge close to double what you would pay at the USPS (a mile down the street, if that). I’m always amazed how places like this lack in customer service.

I needed a notary close to my neighborhood. To much of my demise, there was Postal Annex. Paul took time to be sure the documents and related copies were prepared. So thanks Paul for your service. The store was clean, bright and most of all cheery when you first walk in the door. I love the fact they have so many services in one business environment, and they even have mailbox rental (cost less than at the post office) plus their shipping/​packaging are made from recyclable materials! I like that feature
