I walked in on a Friday morning for a pedicure and Ivy seated me right away and didn’t leave my chair until my toes were all done! She did a great job and made sure I felt taken care of. I asked for a French Tip gel pedicure and she had me all finished within 45 minutes, even after a very relaxing foot/calf massage! Very clean salon, fair prices, great massage chairs, and I feel pampered after Ivy’s services. Would definitely recommend Super Nails!

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. I purchased a pedicure which included a ten minute foot massage. I requested they remove the dead skin from the heels, toe, and sides of my feet.(This was the only reason I went in.) I was wearing a long skirt(that I had pulled up to my knees) and assumed that they had done as I asked. The technician had quickly used a pumice stone, and I assumed that I would not need to check that she had done her job properly. Soon after leaving the sharp dead skin(that was NOT removed) caught on my long skirt, and I checked my feet only to find the glaring problem. Not to mention, they never even told me when I was done. The tech just got up and left and started working on someone else. When I called asked to speak with the manager he refused to assist me. Saying that he would fix my feet, only after I had explained that I was literally about to leave on a plane home.(I was raised in Spokane but live in California.) I requested a partial refund and told them my mother would pick it up. The«manager» then told me that he refused to do that and handed the phone off to what I can only assume was the nearest female technician. She then proceeded to tell me that I was a bad person for requesting a refund(a mere $ 15), and asked if I thought I was a nice person to do so. I explained that its not about being nice. I paid for and asked specifically for the dead skin to be removed, and low and behold, it was STILL there. I could go on and on, but I’ll leave it at this: If you are crazy enough to go here, meticulously check the technicians work before you leave. Because once they have your money, they do NOT care to make their customers happy. They ONLY accept cash, because of course, now I cannot request a charge back. Does that seem fishy to you too? Yeah. That’s what I thought. I will not be back, and I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience.

Ivy came in an hour early for my Pedicure appointment. It was great to beat the heat. She did an amazing job on my pedicure. It was great to feel pampered that early in the morning. And her nail art skills are really spectacular. I definitely recommend you booking with Ivy.

I went in for the second time yesterday and got a pedicure, manicure, eyebrow and upper lip waxing. Previously I had a pedicure. Pedicure was great, bottom of my feet are smooth, the massage felt wonderful and I got cute flowers on my large toes. Manicure was good as well. The waxing room has a lounge to lay on with sanitary paper they change for each customer. My eyebrows were waxed very well and it was clear she was very experienced! The prices are great! recommend this a salon!

Will never go here again. Got a fill and when I got home both me and my husband noticed a yellow tint. Went in the next morning and they told me it was the gell polish, after taking it off my nails were still yellow. They told me it was my fault and was going to charge me to put on a new set or charge me to have them painted with gel. Left and went to another saloon, where they were shocked about how yellow they were. Anyway had a new set put on at the new saloon and quess what… no yellow on my natural nails or with the new nails. The lady was also rude and nasty and actually got disgusted with me when I complained about the yellow and wanted it fixed. They claim customer satisfaction but that is a lie. Hope they enjoyed my money… for that is the last they will ever get from me.

This salon is just okay. There was one guy that spoke English and the rest of the women had to ask him every time we spoke to them. The girl who did my pedicure was very nice, but too gentle; she barely pushed my cuticles back. She was also cutting my nails with the cuticle remover, and not the clippers, which was odd. The polish application was pretty messy as well. I might go here again, but I’d probably ask for the guy because he actually could converse and seemed very nice.

If you are looking for a quickie pedicure, this place will get the job done in a satisfactory manner. Their prices are reasonable and they seem to be set up well to accommodate those in a hurry. But don’t get me wrong. It’s totally sanitary, so you won’t catch anything as the employees scrub the little foot tubs well. The chairs suck(not literally), they just don’t work well and it feels like you have little claws at your backside for half an hour. I wasn’t feeling it, so I turned mine off. When the polish was complete, I was glowing, or at least my legs and feet were from the exfoliation. Finally, she gave me a leg massage. If you like it rough, this is a good place to check out as she whacked the hell out of my calves. And just like that it was over. No cuddling either. I haven’t called since, but I definitely kept their number in case I’m ever in need of another quick hook-up for my toes.
