First off, I’ll start by saying that I’ve been frequenting this Zip’s longer than most of their employees have been alive. It is mostly younger teenagers working at this location and while I support and encourage young people working in this day and age that does not excuse what I witnessed tonight at this Zip’s… I came through the drive thru late, about 1030PM. This Zip’s is open 24⁄7 which is great! One of the only places open in the valley all night. The employee was polite at the speaker while I placed my order. I drove around to the window to pay and get my food and that’s when I was totally grossed out… There was a trash can sitting ONTOPOFTHECOUNTER! That’s right. All the gunk that is accumulated on the bottom of the average restaurant trash can was now transported to the counter top where my food was being prepared. Is common sense dead? It doesn’t take a genious to realize that this is completely and utterly unsanitary. I’ve seen this at many restaurants I’ve worked at in the past and it always amazes me how careless employees and management can be when it comes to this sort of thing. On a positive note, my food was hot and made to order and tasted like the standard Zip’s everyone in Spokane has come to love. I was just so grossed out by seeing a garbage can on the counter right in the drive thru… If I wasn’t so hungry I probably would have driven off. I hope the management reads this review and makes the appropriate changes… I’ll be back with great trepidation…

It’s fast food but it’s fast food done well especially for this Alaskan boy. I can honestly say it’s one of the places I look forward to eating at when I come down.

If you haven’t eaten at Zip’s, then you’re missing out on the Spokane experience. Lots of locations serving good, hot burgers & fries. I’m a fan of the Belly Buster.

First, I think this is the most expensive Zips I have been to. Second, they treat napkins like they were their own children in the drive thru. This is messy food people. I think you can afford the extra penny to give me three more napkins. Their attitude in the drive thru is not the best either. I know. Working a burger job is low on glamour. But even a fake smile would be better than a look that could almost be called a glare I have received coming here sometimes. Halloween masks are more welcoming. The food does taste good here, on part with most other Zips in the area. But that is about it. Honestly the only time I go here is on the rare moment I forget how much they bugged me last time. That or I keep hoping they have hired a happier, non-hoarding napkin nazi for the drive thru. Just not as good as the others in Spokane.

The most disgusting food ever. After charging an arm and a leg, food was not edible. The fish is disgusting, was not cooked, thin and very expensive. Fries were still cold in the middle and o my gosh… who thought of putting root beer in a root beer float? NOT this place. We ended up throwing out our whole order. I know there are better Zip’s around, stay away from here!

We were the only one in this morning for breakfast. After receiving our food, I can see why. Hash browns were burnt on the outside and soaked in grease/butter on the inside. Over cooked scrambled eggs and soggy chicken fried steak. Quality and service, not worth the time and money spent

I’ve loved Zip’s since I worked there WAYWAY back in 1984. I love the fries, tots, and amazing selection of burgers plus really great fish choices. Not to mention the wonderful shakes, malts and half & half ice cream cones. Today I visited this location to discover that they’ve changed their fries, made their burger patties smaller and seemed to have changed the tartar recipe. So sad. Not to mention that the fries I was given had obviously been sitting around and were given another dunk in the fryer to warm them up. The best thing I can say about this visit is that the counter gal was very friendly and offered me a cup for water without me having to ask.

It’s local, it’s a chain. I love it. They serve fries with tartar sauce & fry sauce. I looove their turkey club(you can choose to have it hot or cold, both are awesome). I am also a fan of the belly buster… double cheese burger with bacon & ham(i don’t get the ham). Their fries are thick, crinkle-cut. The burgers have fresh condiments & the meat is made right there. And. Their shakes are awesome. I don’t think they make their own buns but everything else is fresh and«home made» tasting. If youre around, you should definitely check out zip’s. The one in Cheney takes orders online and offers diners freeeeeeeeee wifi.
