I have ate their several times they have always been really good, But when my husband and I ate there on Valentine’s Day and are both vegetarians ordered the sample appetizers that had ravioli, mozzarella sticks, and bruschetta, asked the waitress if the ravioli was cheese she said yes. We found out after that it had pork in it. Wow!!! we both spit it out in our napkins. Disgusting!!!

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. They’re rather inexpensive and well worth it! I have had several dishes on the menu and have tried all the different sauces, and I have never been disappointed. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is wonderful and attentive. I also love the the many apps I have tried. I’m not overly crazy about the salad, but nothing to complain over. If you’re looking for recommendations, try the steak and spaghetti or cannelloni.

Good service, clean restaurant, the noodles were cooked correctly. But… the food was completely mediocre. The chicken parmesan was super thin and I’m not sure if it was even breaded. The sauce was very bland. The chicken marsala sauce was good, but the dish was light on chicken. The spaghetti was smothered in poor tomato sauce so you couldn’t use the marsala on the noodles. The chicken al diavolo was alright, but nothing special. For the money, I was VERY disappointed. I could have made better food at a fraction of the cost at home. And I’m a guy. So…

Update over the last year with Pick-up service: Have ordered a few times and it is better than our dining experience. I usually either get the manicotti(my favorite) or the mizithra spaghetti combo and all have been decent after getting them home. My food has everything we ordered in the bag and it is still warm and a nice consistency when we sit down to eat, usually about 20 minutes later after picking it up. I am so happy that they are doing better again so that we can order and enjoy!

This place continues to be our go to place for good home cooked Italian comfort food.

The chicken Alfredo is delicious… my daughter and I frequently split an order to go when neither of us feels like cooking, and we get two salads along with ice cream and bread for two which makes this a very cost friendly meal! Plus, the service here is outstanding… only the friendliest and most helpful people are hired! I also love the steak and spaghetti meal… another great value when the spaghetti is saved for lunch the next day.

Pleasant first experience. Excellent pasta! Perfect sauce and good amount of seafood. Good appetizers and plenty of food! Service was great and nice atmosphere. We will be back.

great service, but pretty average food for what you pay.

Food was barely ok. Service was great and our waiter was very nice. We had the stuffed pasta and spaghetti clam bake thing. Forgot name. Sorry. Alfredo sauce was broken and the food was bland.

Great Italian food, and despite an unremarkable exterior, we were surprised to find a bright, comfortable, clean, and welcoming space inside. Service is friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the chicken diavola.

Ferraro’s is on-par with«The Old Spag Fact.» It is a three meal ordeal and the Spamoni is solid. The food is good, but a little pricey. Their service is average at best, except for the«singing busboy» who will literally wipe tables, refill waters and sit people while singing«What a wonderful World» or «That’s Amore» into a wireless microphone. He deserves a raise for sure.

might actually go 3.5 stars. good but not great. very good service. i had spaghetti pomadore. the pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. wife had the special which looked to be a seafood fettucini she enjoyed. her salad looked like mostly iceburg lettuce. my minestrone was just ok. the french bread with garlic butter was tasty as was the free spumoni. would definitely go back… unless i found a better option.

This is a 1.5 star I ordered a togo order. Chicken Parm sandwich with fries. First, the service was fine. No real complaints other than someone from the kitchen wearing an appron was BS’ing with someone at the bar. Not very hygenic. The fries were cold, not seasoned, and soggy. The sandwich, for the price, was a disappointment. The bread was delicious and the best part of the sandwich. If they made it themselves GOLDSTAR. The chicken was pounded so much that i’m surprised that it stayed together. The breading was flavorless and overly cooked(very dark and crunchy, not crispy). The sauce leaves little to be desired. It just didn’t pull it all together. The sandwich typically comes with SWISS cheese which isn’t authentic Italian in the least so I ordered it with mozzarella. Even the ranch(for dipping the fries) didn’t do anything for me(it was sweet and not at all ranchy). I wouldn’t have paid more than $ 5.95 for this meal, not the $ 9.95 that I did. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I’m an Italian who grew up eating grandmas sauce on both sides of my family. Ferraro’s makes a good sauce, anyone who says otherwise, doesn’t know sauce… sorry non Italians! This isn’t the dark old school Italian atmosphere, but it’s clean and very friendly. Looking for a good dinner, not a lot of hype and no long lines… Ferraro’s is great. Try the Sapgetti and Meatballs; very good, made with beef and prok, just like my grandma used to make. We will continue to support Ferraro’s! If Ferraro’s reads this, it would be great to add antipasta to the appetizer menu and start using glass rather than plastic for beverages… cheesy — I want my cheese on the sauce!

Truly wonderful Italian food. The food service and atmosphere are absolutely the best. I have enjoyed almost everything on the menu. Some of my favorites are the eggplant parmesan, chicken el Diablo, spaghetti and meat balls and sausage. Also the lasagna is to die for, it is so good and just melts in your mouth. Don’t forget to order the homemade mozzarella sticks they are such a yummy appetizer.

Im only 23 years old and can say that this so called Italian restaurant is horrible. I mean come on they serve iceberg lettuce. They really need to step it up. Also just because the owners were born in Italy doesn’t mean you can cook Italian. I ordered a top sirloin marinated in Italian seasonings served with spaghetti, and honestly my fiancé who eats spaghetti out of a can could have done better. There is nothing special about this place, you may as well just go to the Olive Garden

Good solid Italian food. There wasn’t a ton of variety on the menu(pasta, pasta, and more pasta) but I went with 7 people and we all loved our food. All entrees come with spumoni, too :) Fast and friendly service.

Wow. Seriously, this gets 4 stars here? This is somewhere between Denny’s & Olive Garden. The salads are iceberg cores, the meat sauce like hamburger helper and we won’t even discuss the sausage. I want to medi-vac someone from Buona Terra or Volare back home to give these folks an emergency seminar in Italian food. The service was nice and prompt but I still won’t be coming back. There also were no breadsticks to be found. On the upside, the patio overlooks some lovely self-storage facilities.

Great Italian food. My family went here and the food was perfect. The meat sauce was homemade and possibly the best I have ever had. The italian sausage was so over the top good it made the meatball seam average. The menu is not huge but the price is very nice with everything between $ 8.99 and $ 13.99. Best of all every meal comes with hot homemade breadsticks, soup or salad, and spumoni ice cream. We tried 5 different Sauces and they were all good. We will be back.

I was soooo excited when I first heard about Ferraro’s. I have not had quality, authentic home-style Italian since my last visit to Arlo’s Ristorante in Sandpoint several years ago. I read about it in a newsletter called How’s Business? by the Clark Company, and what I read nearly had me drooling on my keyboard. Words like ‘born in Italy’ and ‘mother’s recipes’ tantalized my tastebuds until I just had to try it. After they had been open a few weeks I finally got my chance. Getting there right before their dinner rush secured us a table for two. Remembering when it was the Spaghetti Station, the new décor was a horrifying let-down. It was too light and bright for my tastes, more like a lunch sandwich shop than Italian that’s been simmering all day and only served at dinnertiime. Décor aside, the menu that’s supposedly compiled of mama’s recipes from the old country was sparse and generic. There were only a handful of options, and only a couple of those were new to me. Everything else I had seen at Olive Garden or Spaghetti Factory. Luigi’s has more variety and much more creativity. Speaking of the Factory, I chose a dish I have there – white clam sauce spaghetti. I made this once at home. I made this BETTER at home(and I am no Mario Battali) than they did at Ferraro’s. My mom was similarly unimpressed, especially considering the story behind the place. All entrees come with breadsticks and salad ala Olive Garden, except the salad sucks and the bread is dry. Add to all of that an inattentive server and you have a dud in the making. Bland, boring, unimaginative, poorly executed, generic, disappointing. You would be better off at Olive Garden, and that’s not saying much. But I guess when the only other option for Italian in the valley is Pinocchio’s this place must seem like gold.
