Not bad. The food was good(and the portions were HUGE!) and the beer was beer. About what you’d expect for a bowling alley or card room. There wasn’t a huge variety in their table games, but if you’re into poker they have tournaments most nights of the week.

My kids love this place. I grew up at silver lanes bowling and spending all my quarters on video games here. Great place but spendy. Bowling more expensive than other alleys in town. Nice place. I’ll spend the extra 40 bucks for my kids. …

This place is awesome. It’s bowling, gambling and a restaurant and the classiest place you can find all three. The manager Dani is a rockstar. The black jack dealers tended to get a little confused but were super friendly. The pork quesadillas were crazy good. Definitly going back… great date night spot.

This is the first place i ever played Mortal Kombat at. It may have been cheese-tastic but you can’t knock a bowling alley with a casino in it.

This Bowling Alley/Restaurant/Lounge/Casino is a venerated south hill institution that has been taking my money since the dawn of time. Formerly the Scrap Book’s arcade(I blew a bunch of quarters there when I was like 10), Big Daddy’s has been renovated and now the old arcade is a casino floor that offers Pai Gao, Black Jack, Spanish 21 and a pretty nice poker room(where I blow tens of dollars periodically now that I am like 26). The manager(a balding gentlemen who seems to run the show) is truly superior. He is very friendly but he knows how to take care of business. The pit bosses are pretty low rent but the dealers do a good job of being friendly, not rushing you and sparing you the stories of their enormous gambling debts which is why they are dealing cards now. The place is clean primarily because it is too dark to see the floor and the beer is reasonably cheap primarily because getting you drunk = money. I fall for it every time. Worth a trip and its a great way to cap off a late night downtown.
