Exceptional group effort in putting together our order this morning! Food for the medical professionals at Providence Sacred Heart. The Spokane Medical Recruiting thanks Carmen and the others for making our experience seamless!

This is the closest delivery place to my work so I order from this location 3 – 4 times a week.. That’s about $ 40 a week in business. Normally it’s been amazing and perfect every time. On Thursday I ordered what I always do and it was soooooo bad! The turkey was still frosty and frozen which was so disgusting, the lettuce was slimy, they forgot my cheese and other add ons that I paid for. I let it go, figured it was a fluke.. Whatever. So I just ordered again today(Sunday) and I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. It’s so bad. The bread is burnt to shit on the bottom and absolutely impossible to even bite through, there was ONE slice of turkey on the entire sandwich, once again didn’t put on my cheese or vinegarete and there was waaaaaaayyyyy too much lettuce. I order light lettuce and I swear that’s all the sandwich was. The delivery guy had an attitude when he came into my work as well, no ‘hello … How are you…’ Nothing. Just ‘sign this’ in a rude ass tone and then walked out. VERYDISAPPOINTED!!! I will not be frequenting this location anymore.

Still the same product as all Jimmy Johns(which is pretty good) and was hoping they would have received the msg that the music is too loud. They unfortunately haven’t. Will start going to the North Division store from here on.

Worst sub ever. 1 slice of meat and hard bread. Will never go there again.

My favs are the veggie sub or the Turkey Tom with provolone cheese. Tried the JJBLT today though, didn’t like it. Too thin/few bacon. The whole sub lacked flavor, I could taste a bit of saltiness from the bacon and a bit of the avocado.(I subbed avocado for the mayo — healthier option)

I frequent this Jimmy John’s drive through when I am in need of a quick grab and go. And believe me, this is one fast drive through. 80% of the time my sandwich is waiting for me when I get up to the window with cars or no cars in front of me. The people that work the order/pick up window area are delightful and funny. They always make sure to read me back my order in a clear voice and are not afraid to double check with me before sending me to the next window. My sandwiches from here have always been picture perfect. Just the right amount of everything on my sandwich and are always put together perfectly. If you need a quick sandwich or two to go and your in this area, this Jimmy Johns will have you back on the road«freaky fast.»

Come on. It’s Jimmy John’s. Fast service, accurate orders and friendly staff. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Jimmy John’s ever. Even when the a location is elbows to asses, the service is «super freaky fast.» I’ve been here many times(including tonight) and again I was happy with my visit. Do I care if an employee calls me «dude»? No. Do I care what the bathroom looks or smells like? No. Was my order quick and accurate? Yes. That is all I care about.

It’s only 3 and the men’s bathroom is trashed. No toilet paper, garbage over flowing. Subs are better at sub-division but they close early on weekends.

My first Jimmy Johns’ ever. Went drive-thru. Was impressed with the prices, the service and the food. The service truly was freaky fast. The sandwiches were quite delicious. No skimping on the meats/veg. Bread was excellent for a franchise sandwich shop. This is my go-to place now for sandwiches. Bye-bye Subway.

Quite possibly the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. I ordered a tuna sub on whole wheat. The bread was stale and the tuna was bland and tasteless. The girl that took our order seriouly needs to consider a new line of work. She had absolutely ZERO customer service skills and treated us as if we were inconveniencing her just by being there. The music was ridiculously loud, so people were basically yelling at each other to have a conversaton. I can’t for the life of me figure out how anyone could give this place a good review.

Sandwiches… just okay. A**hole drivers… in abundance! I will never frequent this place again due to the morons that zip around our neighborhood(which includes 3 elementary schools and Gonzaga U.)! Yeah, we know the slogan about being ridiculously fast, but when it’s a mostly residential zone that you’re whipping thru, we’d prefer ‘quick and without injuries.’ Keep your sandwiches… your local competition aLready has you beat… and they don’t even deliver!

Overall I am a fan of this location. The good: Location is right by Gonzaga and right off of Division/Ruby; they are open until at least 2 or 3 am Fri/Sat nights for drunken but healthier than most fast food munchies; they make the sandwiches so fast!; everything tastes fresh and delicious. The not so good is the music inside this location(I haven’t been inside any other locations) is soo loud! Sometimes the cashiers are friendly, sometimes they are not. The sandwiches are pretty basic, you won’t find any unusual gourmet subs here, but they are consistent and the ingredients used make them very tasty. This would be a good place for picky eaters.

I love that Jimmy John’s will do lettuce wrapped instead of bread. The ingredients are always fresh and taste great! I like to get the #12. The regular bread sandwiches are also tasty. I like that the bread is soft but doesn’t overpower the fresh ingredients in the sandwich. I will always come back when I want something light and fresh.

I wouldn’t normally review a franchise sandwich shop. but… Holy crap the music was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. Started to get a headache. I can’t believe this audible level is corporate? Will never eat inside again. No way, too loud-and I like Metallica, just not blaring when I’m eating. I ordered the italian sub. Decent, not great. The bread is fine, everything else is ordinary. What else is there to say? Vitalli and Jeff keep telling me how great this place is. I tried it once, I tried it twice. The next time someone wants to go to Subway, I’ll kindly suggest this rat trap-at least they don’t spray their veggies with chemicals. 2 stars because I’m feeling nice.

Whoa nelly… one fine sandwich shop… so good that it should be a shoppe. I can understand why everyone gets excited about it. Fresh ingredients, fresh bread, quick service… there’s even delivery, or the store itself is open until 3am. On my 2-day trip up to Spokane, I probably ate here about 5 times. You can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches. My favs were the gargantuan(good for if you’re hungry) and the beach club(if you like sprouts). ANDSOCHEAP! Staffers are practically kids, but friendly and helpful nonetheless.
