They used to cook food order. Now they shut down early stay open to 10 but have no food to serve. In other words the most abysmal customer service I’ve ever seen in a Panda Express.

Just like every other panda express. Very busy, food the same. Always filled with lots of noodles and rice and a half scoop of entrees. Never forget your cookies and nice employees.

Normally, I enjoy Panda, but this was not a good visit. It was busy, but the food was lukewarm & picked over and didn’t taste good. Buyer beware.

This Panda Express is consistent with others of the same brand. I have always been happy with the food although it is a bit spendier than I would like. This location is convenient to my home so it works out for a good meal when we cant figure out something else to get. The orange chicken is a good classic choice and I am also very fond of the Beijing Chicken. I am a fried rice kind of guy and theirs is also consistently good. I also like to get their egg rolls and have always thought they were of high quality. They’re even better when dipped in the orange chicken sauce. At least in my opinion.

Spokane has a lot of Chinese restaurants, and almost all of them are bad to awful. Yes, Panda Express isn’t authentic Chinese food, but I think it’s quite good for what it is. If any dish is getting low, or looks like it’s been sitting around too long, they’ve always been more than happy to cook up a fresh batch, which since it’s all stir-fried, usually only takes about 5 minutes. I usually get the Kung Pao chicken, broccoli beef, or string bean chicken. I know their Orange Chicken is their most popular item, but I honestly don’t get why people love it so much. I like Orange Chicken, but their Orange Chicken has no orange flavor at all, and it you look at the bottled sauce ingredients, there are no orange ingredients or flavors in it. They usually only ask you if you want fried rice or chow mein, but they do have plain steamed rice available, which is what I always get.

We love Panda Express. cooking it up right using real bits of panda. On a serious note, this is a great location. The food is consistently fresh, and the service is fast and friendly. PE is one of our favorite fast food choices because it offers up healthier choices. My favorite options include the mushroom chicken, «tossed in a wok with a mild ginger soy sauce,» and the broccoli beef, tender strips of marinated beef served up with fresh broccoli. I never leave here feeling like I’m taking grease from the deep fryer with me … because there is no fryer! The woks do all the work, and the fresh veggies are neatly displayed in the see-through refrigerator case behind the counter. And Panda Express in a great choice for Weight Watchers dieters. My favorites, the mixed veggies and mushroom chicken entrée combo or the veggies with beef broccoli combo are both great choices at about 6 points.

Sometimes you just want Americanized«Chinese» food, alright?! Yes, I could check out Gordy’s or Cathay Inn but sometimes those fake containers of seemingly fresh vegetables in their cooler just drag me back in. Why lie, I love me some Panda Express! When I’m in a bind and don’t know what I want to eat when out to eat, I go for Panda. This location has its share of sketchiness but staff is friendly and food is freakin’ bomb. Their new Paw Plate is a little unstable if you don’t get a tray under it. Holding a baby on your hip, you’d figure they’d provide a tray before making it all the way down to the register with a pile of food on a wobbly container. It may be helpful to just ask if it’s for«here or to go» BEFORE serving up. Just an idea, Panda Express, because you are so delicious.
