No complaints. This place is clean, the staff if friendly and fast. I think the best part about pita pit other than the delicious pitas is the fact that they have BEER!

Ordered take out online. Went in to pick it up. Got home to find they completely botched the order and wouldn’t reimburse my order when I called in. Food was bad and over priced. Service was poor to boot.

Really enjoy this place. If it is busy, the service is slow. My son loves that they have that soda machine that has hundreds of sodas to choose from.

Good food, but the short brunette working behind the counter was very lazy and rude, would not give me the condiments i had asked for and were supposedly supplied. While I sat down and ate my food she had a conversation with her co worker and every other word out of her mouth was F*ck or Dou*he Bag! Not happy with that!

Worst pita pit in spokane! Always takes at least 35 – 50 minutes for delivery. I stopped tipping them on my credit card purchase because they ‘accidentally’ accepted my $ 3.00 tip as a $ 33.00 tip then took almost 6 weeks to refund that $ 30 back to me. So I usually tip the driver cash. But it seems that when I put ‘no tip’ on my online purchase, my pita is made wrong on purpose, really sloppy and they take much longer to deliver. I gave them one last chance and they did the same thing when I put in ‘no tip’.. Not to mention almost every employee here is rude and could care less about customer satisfaction. Never again.

Just at Pita Pit South Hill and the two counter people were
killing it! They were friendly and fast and helpful! He even told me he put two pieces of tape on mine so we’d know without biting into the wrong one! I loooove good customer service and they were awesome!

The girl made my pita wrong then refused to remake it because she «didn’t feel like it.» She then proceeded to pick out the stuff I’d asked her not to put on.

I ordered for delivery using their extremely easy app and I was glad to find out I could add a lot of toppings without it costing me extra. Minutes after I placed my order they called me to double check if I didn’t want sauce on my pita. How thoughtful!
The food was excellent and fresh. Much healthier & cheaper than ordering a greasy pizza for delivery. I’m very satisfied!

Moved from Spokane three years ago. Back visiting some friends and family and was very happy to see they had built a Pita Pit on South Hill. Walking in it was very clean and modern. Staff was super awesome and the Buffalo Chicken Pita is awesome! They also have one of those newer Coke products machines that mixes different flavors. Best Pita Pit I’ve ever eaten at, a great addition to South Hill!

Brand new pita pit! The manager is super nice and the employees always ask you how your pita is. The location is really great as well.
I really recommend the Chicken Souvlaki or the new Churrasco Chicken BBQ.
Also the new pop machines where you can select the pop and then a different flavor (like as Sprite then Vanilla Sprite) are really awesome.
Definitely going back!
