Located a little distance away from Fort Bragg, the Hampton Inn Spring Lake is not conveniently located as other Hilton properties, but it makes up for in other ways. Drive a little and your stay will be worth it. Pro: * Great layout and rooms, a little bit bigger than the usual Hampton room with the Hilton bed, linen, pillows * Breakfast is where the«extras» are displayed by turkey sausages, spiced hash brown, scrambled eggs, oatmeal(not in package) * Small gym because I had to be on post early, I was unable to use it consists of bike, treadmill, dumbbells * Attentive staff that I interacted with during two separate stays Hint — if staying in a room on the pool-side, the coffee maker, etc. is located in the bathroom, behind the door. The Hampton Inn Spring Lake is an alternate to the other Hilton properties located closer to Ft Bragg’s main gate. I plan on staying here for my future visits to the area.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at! I arrived early in the morning and was able to get a last minute room without any hesitation. I stayed on the first floor and my room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was super good! This is well worth your stay, you will not have any regrets. Thank you Hampton inn for an awesome stay and I will definitely be staying here anytime I’m in the area visiting:)

I don’t understand how this hotel Could be rated less than 5 stars. My room was updates and clean. The staff who checked me in and assisted me throughout my visit(Cindi) was so helpful and nice. She was eager to offer dinner suggestions and offer any other help while I was in town. My room was clean and fresh before my visit. There were several accessible rooms available, which is great! Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to base.

I stayed at this location when I traveled for a Spartan run, uggh, and was very satisfied with the quality of my stay. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and appeared to have a higher quality feel for the price paid. The beds were clean and comfortable. They also had a decent complimentary continental breakfast with a good spread of food. My only complaint is the wifi was slow and constantly disconnected me, forcing me to have to keep logging on multiple times. The value and quality of this hotel would definitely have to me return should I visit the area again.

Like others have stated, amazing hotel. We were heading toward NY and had a quick stop for the night. All hotels were taken and there was no vacancy on the main highway. Did a search and the Fort Bragg Hampton Inn popped up as the closest one about 14 minutes away. Well worth the drive, super spacious hotel, clean rooms and excellent customer service. Because it is not on the main highway, it does not have the usual musky smell and feel of hotel rooms. The air felt fresh, no deodorizer smell, just felt and looked clean. Compared to other hotels of the same category, the AC system is super cold. Breakfast was good and with plenty of variety, bagels, coffee, orange juice, fruits, etc. Drive a few minutes more and stay away from the main strip hotels, you will not regret… This is a definite must stay again hotel. We were on a hurry to make it to NY, so we could not go to the museums in the area of Fort Bragg, excellent reviews I have read from them.

Spent two nights at this property in a“suite” Room; really a very large hotel room, with two queens and a sleeper sofa across the room. Even when the sofa bed was open, there was plenty of floor space. everything about the room, from the cost screen to the soaps, were first rate. I particularly liked the computer tablet/phone charging hub on the night table. The quality, variety and freshness of the morning breakfast was first rate. Staff was polite, informed and service oriented.

As soon as my husband found out we were transferring to Bragg, we visited the area and stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions. This is by far THEE nicest place in the Fort Bragg/Fayetteville Area. The bed are very comfortable and all electronics are state of the art. Why so nice? 1. It’s about 5 miles out of the way, so many people write it off. 2. There are a lot of trees that kind of hide the hotel, so many people don’t even know it’s there. 3. There is another(more used) Hampton Inn near base so people get it confused. The Hampton Inn on Skibo is NOT this one. This one is newer and by far nicer. I will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart for this place since my husband and I got married at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden and stayed here. Although we had a huge receipting back home in LA, with a «honeymoon» at an expensive resort, this hotel is what we will remember and outshined that resort. The staff made our room super romantic. Yeah it’s Fayetteville, but it was so quiet and kind of like our own private hotel since no one was there. The staff was super friendly, treated us like royalty, were warm and inviting and constantly congratulating us. Stay here… and don’t mess it up.

Stayed here over the weekend while on travel while doing some on the job training in the area. The staff was very courteous, helpful in our accommodations and could crack jokes that made the stay more relaxed. Room was very clean and in order, with soft beds and a fairly large flat screen tv with multitude of channels unlike found in other budget hotels. The facility also had a small fitness room with a treadmill, bike and elliptical and there was a small outdoor pool out back. I enjoyed my stay and the comfort of the room. I always like staying at a Hampton Inn.
