Always help my mother and remember her name. The staff helps her with carrying out large orders of food to her car. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Seriously?!? I went here for Thanksgiving takeout because I didn’t feel like cooking this year. I called to see if I would be able to get one of the family meals that included turkey and ham, with 4 large sides, and 2 pies. The lady on the phone said I couldn’t order it for pickup but could come in and order it. I asked to verify that I would still be able to get the large holiday meal they advertise. It was confirmed that I could. I get there less then an hour later and the line was insane. I waited and placed the order and was told by the cashier that the holiday big orders were not available. I told the cashier about my phone call and she just said sorry and not sure who I talked to. I decided to just order 2 of the 3 person meals that were available. When I ordered the 3 person meal with ham I was told they are not serving ham just turkey and chicken. WTF? They also had limited sides. WTF? I waited for an over an hour to place my order and then had to wait in the pick up line for my food. This gave me time to discuss with another waiter on how no one was wearing gloves or hairnets(I would be kind of OK with the lack of hairnets if at least everyone’s hair was pulled back). I had to wait longer then many people who ordered behind me because they couldn’t keep up with the turkey orders. After I finally got out if there I had to go to the grocery store to get a Boars Head ham for the ham lovers. Overall, OK not bad not great. Sweet potatoes would have been awesome if they weren’t sweet enough to put someone in a sugar coma. Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, and stuffing were decent. Corn bread was awful! Did not taste like cornbread and was rubbery. I paid a lot of money for just OK. I will take partial responsibility for procrastinating and not pre-ordering and mostly for not cooking at all, but Boston Market needs to be better prepared for being open on Thanksgiving!

I cannot believe they are open Christmas Day. What assholes. I will not give them anymore of my business.

The most unorganized place. Rude, clueless staff. If you want your holiday ruined, place an order for a simple item, like mashed potatoes, and watch them mess it up and keep you jumping line to line. They reward those who place an order ahead of time by making you stand in a long line outside in the rain, while you listen to problems with each order ahead and finally it’s your turn: they can’t find your order, they don’t have change, you have to wait in another line around the back to actually receive your food. And the food is cold. Total waste of 45 minutes. If you complain the unprofessional-looking manager tells you«that’s just the way it is.» What happened to this place? It used to be good.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Wanted to order some sides for tomorrow. They made me walk outside and wait in the drive thru, after they gave me an attitude. Then they complained about my order, and I then got frustrated and canceled my order. Even the customers behind me were complaining about their horrible customer service. I will NEVER eat here again and I will tell EVERYBODY I know about this horrible place and not to go there. They don’t even have any trash cans in the damn place! I asked an employee and he said no then I asked him if he can throw my box away and he said no. I have never experience such horrible customer service. I hope their management fixes this and if they don’t this is the reason why they aren’t making as much as they could.

Absolute waste of time and money. This is my first review on Unilocal.I do not ever write bad reviews. I much prefer to write encouraging reviews when I’m grateful for good service. But not tonight. I have been to this location many times over the last several years. I live about 15 minutes away, so it’s a bit of a drive to get there. My son has food allergies and Boston Market offers a couple choices that are safe for him. It’s expensive for me, but it used to be worth it to splurge for my son. The last several times the food and service have been very disappointing! I gave it another chance tonight, but never again. The food I wanted was not available and the food I settled for was just awful. Cold. Greasy. Old. Not worth what I paid for it at all. I will not be back.

My wife and I ate there Sunday pm approx 6:00. The food was excellent, we were both very impressed with the taste, portion size and price. However, the manager was not professional at all when she was speaking to her employees. She was speaking down to them in a very loud, rude and in a tone that was, in my opinion not acceptable. It was disturbing to both my wife and I and by the looks on the other patrons faces, they were uncomfortable as well. Maybe she was having a bad day but if that was a norm, good employees won’t put up with that for long. Three stars for the food but based on a sour attitude towards her employees, that is generous.

I wish I had checked Unilocal first! Ladies and Gentleman I have a warning for you in case don’t already know never, EVER go to the Boston Market on the corner of Kuykendahl and Louetta! Pre-ordered and picked up at 5:25 p.m. and the majority of the meats were dried out. We all agreed that the mashed potatoes were edible as was the macaroni and cheese but the ribs were dry the meatloaf was dry the turkey was tasteless and the pot pie was burnt. The left off my Cesar salad completely from the order. I know you can’t expect perfection from a fast food place but come on!

Keep driving. Just don’t waste your time. I have nothing against expressing individuality but keep it classy and clean when ur at work. I don’t want to see your grills, tattoos and hear abt what you’re not going to do while I’m eating.

My Fiancé just ate here and came home with a very disappointed attitude to this establishment! I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t eat there but 4 members of my family did and even my 5 year old son said he didn’t enjoy the food! Kids are the most honest critics! Corporate need to look at all the reviews and act appropriately — never seen such negative reviews!

Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Staff was rude and nasty. Especially the crusty black lady. Jesus Christ I’m never coming close to this establishment while this staff is here. Would of put no stars but that wasn’t an option:\ 12÷15÷14

dont waist your money My family and I had the absolute displeasure of eating(well, trying to) at this establishment this evening. This was, by far, the worst dining experience I’ve had… ever… period. There were plenty of people working behind the counter, but nobody ever came out to clean the dining area. By the time we left, there was only 1 or 2 tables clean enough to eat at.

We eat here regularly and the staff is very friendly. I love the turkey it’s always moist and fresh. It’s an older store and showing its age but always a pleasant environment.

My family and I had the absolute displeasure of eating(well, trying to) at this establishment this evening. This was, by far, the worst dining experience I’ve had… ever… period. We walked in to find the 5 or so employees standing behind the counter staring blankly at us. Not a «Hello», «Welcome», «Go to Hell»(I’d rather you just clearly say it than let your nonchalance do it for you), or anything. Feeling a bit awkward at the resounding silence, I ended up greeting the cashier to which he mumbled some response(I couldn’t tell you what). So, we overlook the menu and put our order in and things got progressively worse… Before I get into the minute details, let me just say that this establishment very obviously has some temperature control issues which are alarming. Chicken? Cold. New potatoes? Cold. Rice pilaf? Cold. Mac & Cheese? Hot but way too saucy(think Macaroni and Cheese soup if such a thing existed). Corn bread? Ice cold and spongy. My fiancée went up to the counter and asked for a couple of to go boxes so we could take the food with us and just heat it up later because the food was cold. No apology, no concern, the response was«The to go containers are over by the drink bar» as he pointed over to them. Being extremely upset at this point, we left the uneaten food just sitting on the plates at the tables and walked out and went elsewhere for dinner. I can’t remember the last time I’ve complained to a corporate office about a bad experience, but they’re definitely getting a letter over this. The kicker was after we told them the food was cold and stood up leaving plates full of uneaten food behind, it’s then that the customer service kicks in(or maybe we can call it smart assery given the circumstances) as one of the employees says in a cheery voice, «Have a great night!» Yeah… I will… and a great dinner… elsewhere. I don’t even want compensation from them for this; there’s literally nothing that could get me to set foot in this establishment ever again… I just want them to know what a terrible representation of their brand this particular store is.

The staff was generally friendly, but it was hard finding a clean table. The whole dining area inside was a mess. There were plenty of people working behind the counter, but nobody ever came out to clean the dining area. By the time we left, there was only 1 or 2 tables clean enough to eat at. Food was what you might expect, but the cleanliness is not up to par.

A little slow and often out of different foods. What they have is up to Boston Market standards though

You know, I typically wouldn’t review a fast food joint — and even if Boston Market doesn’t serve burgers or pizza, it’s still a fast food place. But for a fast food restaurant, it’s typically my fallback when my kids need a real meal and I don’t have time to cook. So that being said, I love the chicken here and the squash casserole is a guilty pleasure, I must admit. Pot pies are excellent as well(although probably full of sodium and calories). But this particular location just flat-out sucks. The service is friendly, but every single freaking time I come here, they are short staffed and slow as all hell. And there is always the very high likelihood they will screw up my order. This last time they didn’t screw up the order, but the sides were either mushy, undercooked or had the wrong consistency — mac and cheese was more like mac and cheese soup, squash casserole was runny(eww) and the green beans needed about 10 more minutes of cook time(and some seasoning, perhaps). At least the chicken was okay… I mean seriously, BM, can’t you get your crap(at this particular location) together?
