Buffalo Wild Wings

They have the WORST customer service here. My husband and I tried dining here on three separate occasions; needless to say, third time is NOT a charm.
I LOVE this chain, but the staff at this location needs some training or perhaps better management. The fact that I have never been greeted walking into the place, being left to sit there waiting for up to 15 minutes, watching the greeters at the front try to look busy by «cleaning» the cash register area is absolutely appalling. I have successfully walked out of this restaurant twice because my husband and I have spent waiting for 20+ minutes for our waitress to ask if we wanted a drink. There was no retention as my hubby and I left because, quite frankly, I don’t even think the staff knew we were there. I have never felt so invisible in my life. I will not be going back to this particular store because I do not feel my business is welcomed or even valued.

Its a Monday night around 08:30 haven’t even received my food yet, but the place is filthy, the restrooms are like the ones you see at the park, piss all over the floor, and found gum under the table. …ironically, there are so many gray and yellow jerseys, and no more than 25 people in the house… this place should be cleaner… this being said, I do t even want to know how the kitchen operates. I’m pretty grossed out.
I give credit where it is deserved. I ate some hot Buffalo Wings which comes in a generous size and with sufficient heat. I also had a mushroom and Swiss burger which was pretty good. The quality of food is solid, the wait staff is friendly, but the cleanliness of the restaurant is kinda scary.

Always enjoy going here with the family after football and baseball games. We love their wings, wraps, and burgers. I like blue cheese but not from here. Not their fault I’m just picky. Service is usually pretty well on top of things.

Man, really like this place, but tonight the boneless wings were terrible. I don’t know if it was because it was boneless Thursday or what. My son had teriyaki, used to love them. Tonight not so much. I had the Thai curry and Parmesan garlic. I have had the Thai curry several times and it used to be my favorite. It was bad tonight. It wasn’t the sauce though it was the wings. My husband had the traditional wild and did enjoy his. The only reason I am giving them a 3. Also service in the main dining area was bad, we sat there 5 minutes without being greeted. Got up and went to the bar we were then served right away by Selena. She was great very attentive. Not sure if it was a fluke tonight or it is going down hill. I will come back, but if it is this bad again it will be the last time.

This place has horrible service! Managers are horrible, we have ordered to go orders serval times for my financial institution and its always wrong. The manager is rude and puts the blame on my employees that our picking up the food. We will never order from them again!

Eh. The last time we dined in we waited 10 – 15 minutes before we asked someone to take our drink order. The service is definitely lacking. We order online most of the time, and when we get there it’s usually at least a 10 minute wait. I’m not sure if they don’t start making the food until we get there or what. And when they don’t send the sauces in the to go bag, it’s pretty much the worst feeling ever. However, when I’m craving Bdubbs I put up with all of the above!

I have been going to this BWW for 6ish years and it has consistently gone downhill.
It has become a normal occurance over the last 6 months that when we place our order, it takes over 30 minutes for 2 orders of tenders that are brought out incorrect. When we ask our waiter about this missing items, they proceed to show us the ticket that they clearly put in correctly, but the kitchen messed it up.
The last straw for me was tonight…
I went to the ladies room and it reeked of stale urine– absolutely disgusting. As I pushed open the stall doors, not a single toilet had been flushed, and there was urine all over the floors. I decided to hold it and went to wash my hands of the filth, when one of the «Captians» (a young African American girl who I remember from the time she berated my husband and I for not donating to one of their charity contests) came in and was more concerned with fixing her makeup and the braid in her hair than remedying the situation.
If this is what the management feels is acceptable to show customers, what are they hiding from us? I can only imagine the filthy kitchen…
We have been regulars for years, but sadly, we will not be back.
BWW corporate should really pay a visit to this to this disgusting facility.

I can’t say this worst service because I never received any. On a slow weekday afternoon there were maybe 3 other parties and after sitting there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged we walked out.

Good service. It’s a very decent BWW’s. Jamming jalapeño and mango habenero sauces are really good. It does get very load on the weekends but that is to be expected of any sports bar.

Cold beer, Good service, very good wings and the place is kind of small and good management.

So far loving their service. Been here twice. Once for dine in and now ordering take out. It’s good to know that this place is open late when other places are closed for the night. Came in here to order two salads. Had to order at the bar which is fine. Bartender is awesome. Ordered two salads with modifications and a appetizer and she remembered it without writing it down. Super friendly gal. Love that the music is on and tv screens everywhere. It wasn’t too crowded at 1030 pm which is a plus. Bartender was on the ball and acknowledged everyone that went to the bar. She was able service everyone without blinking an eye.

Typical wing place. I was there with my wife during their happy hours. I didn’t get that happy hours price even though the waiter mentioned to that effect.

The staff here are very attentive. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap since they no longer serve the queso wrap. The buffalo wrap was a little on the spicy side for my liking but I do not like spicy anything. The main problem with the food though was it didn’t taste fresh at all. It tasted like it had been sitting there all day. Even the tortilla was a little cold but I guess I’ll have to stick with the wings.

Came here today after trying to go to Tailgators. I was kinda in a bad mood when I got here since Tailgators had no time for my business but as I walked into Buffalo Wild wings that all changed. My family was greeted right away and our waitor was friendly. Im glad we changed and came here. Our waiter was Kameron and he did an awesome job.

I’ve been eating at BWW’s for years and have always been pleased with the wings. However my last visit to this location was very disappointing.
The wings tasted like they had been under a heat lamp and the sauce was dried out.
If I choose to eat at BWW’s again it will be at the location on 45 in The Woodlands/​Spring!

I hate these wings… way to gooey. On the other hand my wife likes them.
Go figure. …

My family enjoy the buffalo wing many sauces to choose from and enough T. V all around sports on every program station!

It’s hard to mess up wings, so nevermind the food. My problem is the fact that when you order a beer, it is NEVER filled to the top of the glass! There is a quarter inch of head and a half inch of space between the head and the rim of the glass!
If you want to cheat your customers out of beer, just get smaller glasses.
I won’t charge you a consulting fee for that one, B-​dubs.

Men’s restroom is disgusting. One of the worst I have ever seen.

I go here a lot because the food is amazing and it’s fun to go with friends.
I’ve been going here since 6 years or so ago, and the food has always taken 30 – 45 minutes to come out, even when I was with one other person, and also only less than 4 other parties in there. Don’t understand that.
The staff is very immature here. Just a bunch of high schoolers or burnouts who barely give a damn about customer service.

I don’t think BWW would appreciate how one of their employees behaved this evening. No one should state you must engage in incest because a brother and sister eat dinner together. Won’t be going back.
We waited over 50 minutes for our food, but we’re fine until this comment by the female managing the bar. Completely unacceptable to insult customers
