Even though I appreciate the drive-thru, for the price NOT impressed. We ordered the turkey & kale Panini, was hard to chew & overpriced for the amount of turkey inside. Same goes for the Chicken Fettucini alfredo. Just a pinch of shredded chicken on top & more noodles. I even said out loud, «Are you kidding me?» And, almost called the Manager! Not impressed at all. On the other hand, the Apple bacon smoked Turkey Bravo sandwich(name ?) was delightful & healthy. Not going back any time soon. Sorry to say.

Since they opened, my family has ordered from there almost once a week. There has only been a few times my rapid pick-up order was not ready when I arrived(even some times earlier than the pick-up time). Last night I placed a rapid pick-up & upon arriving it was not ready nor did I see it in the shelves. I pulled open my phone to check to make sure I did place it & quickly realized I had placed the order at a different location. I told the manager I was not going to drive to the other location(& it was already paid for) but I would just place it again at this location. He quickly called the other location, canceled my order & made sure my order was placed at the Louetta location. They quickly filled my order & I was on my way home with food for the family. I really appreciated the customer service I received especially since this was all my fault. Thank you!!!

We ordered online and picked up our food at this location. They were alert enough to pick that some part of our order was unavailable and called to see what alternatives we would prefer. However they screwed up on other pieces of our order — they missed the«no cheese» instruction. This was a pretty important detail to miss especially since lactose intolerance runs in our family.

Disappointed. The Turkey cranberry sandwich had a sliver of Turkey. Thrown together. The baked potato soup tasted like it had freezer burn. I will give it another try since it has just opened.

Dirty tables, slow — almost dysfunctional. Food prep people in kitchen with long hair and no hair net. Orders to go seem to always be missing something or in accurate.

For being brand new, I was shocked that most of the tables weren’t clean and it was late afternoon on a Saturday. Food was good and nice features at this location including a drive thru.

Just opened — seems like they have their act together. We ordered our food, they delivered our orders to the table. They did take one of our orders incorrectly — it took a very short time to correct it. No complaints there. BTW — this location has a drive thru! A three star food restaurant, 5 stars for service & cleanliness.
