Customer service in this location sucks. The person who took my order was sweet but he put me down for a soy white chocolate peppermint latte instead of a frap. The person who made my drink was rude. He did not apologize or try to make my experience better since they messed up. He just picked up my drink, gave a big sigh and started making the new drink. My whip cream is runny. Doesn’t look right. This is my first and last time at this location.

Caffeine!!! Be aware that we don’t have a drive through but we will get you in and out just as fast, and unfortunately we do have the high school crowd which is something that we can’t control…

I hope the manager can read this feedback. I like this place a lot, the bartistars were so friendly back then. Well, there is only girl, whom i think she s new for sure, made me so disappointed at this place. The guy before me ordered the same exactly my drink. She made it first for him, and yes, it came out perfectly, beautiful. Then she made my drink and it looked like a disaster. The whipped on top was like a mud with salt… well for real, i m so mad at my drink. I wanted my drink look ok at least, even if it doesnt taste good. But this time, it tasted like water + sugar and looked like a mess. And on top of it, she spilled the drink, i believed, so when i touched it… it was so sticky… 3 stars for my regular place :(

as a starbucks junky, this place is alright but nothing special.
they don’t have an oven for warming food, so if you’re into the new sbx flat bread sammis and want to eat it hot, you’re going to have to take it home to warm it up.
which apparently is fine with the employees here who told me they hated the new food offerings because sbx is a coffee place, not a restaurant and ovens/​food take away from the coffee.
note to this person: check what the food offerings have done for sbx stock and get back to me on that whack assertion.
service is generally good. there is always plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and close parking.
beware of the HEB soccer moms & the drivers-​ed teenage crew in the parking lot though.
