Crazy busy tonight, but what a great meal. the valentine cheesecake in a martini glass was yummmy!!!

Went with our camping group for our monthly dinner and overall the experience was just ok. The manager was great checking with us earlier in the day to verify our reservation. The food was average for a pub style restaurant, the wife’s food came out cold and the waiter acted like it was no big deal, he was a little rushed due to being the only one dealing with 25 people. I would say it was just average overall a lot of the people in our group said they would probably not be back. I hope that they can improve since the downtown location closed and people will be looking to them to be just as good if not better.

We got here at 12:30pm for a weekday lunch and we were told we would be the next seated in like 5 minutes. 30 minutes later we were finally seated. 45 minutes after that we finally got our food. The onion tanglers were ok. I had the Italian horseshoe which in my opinion was bland and lacking. My husband had the bacon blue burger which he said was pretty good. The kids had the spaghetti and the pizza. The pizza came out 15 minutes after the rest of the food. She did bring out fries for the mistake. We left over an hour an a half later which with kids I thought was too long. I’m giving 2 stars because kids eat free on Wednesdays & that was a bonus. If it had t been for that, it would have been a huge disappointment. We probably won’t return, it was loud, service was slow & the food was edible only.

Saw the high ratings on Unilocal and decided to give it a try — -must admit I thought – hmmm strip mall eats — can’t be that exciting…
Lots of TV’s all around and lots of different specials everyday. I saw grilled chicken wrapped in bacon with jalapeños on a stick and I was sold — I got it over a bed of chopped salad and it was pretty good. Then again I think anything on a stick has lots of potential.
Tried their chili and it was amaze-​a-​balls. Definitely had a home cooked taste to it. Didn’t try the pizza but for the items I did have – they were great and service was also very tentative. Would definitely visit again.

We tried this place out because of the high ratings in Unilocal.We were disappointed with the food at this little strip mall place. I ordered the chicken stuffed with ham and cheese and it was really dry. The drinks were pretty weak too. We didn’t think it was worth the 12 minute detour (each way) off hwy 55. The staff was very friendly though.

The pizza was good but is paper thin. Definitely get it with a topping on it as it needs something besides cheese. We had it with bacon, chicken and ranch which was good. The queso dip was also good. Also, we had two pizzas and they came out 5 minutes apart.
Big downside was we sat on the patio and all the bar patrons came onto the patio to smoke. They even had ashtrays on the patio.

We really liked the place the food was price very reasonably, the service was good, our waitress was very nice and friendly. The food was good nice portions. The drinks were outstanding.

Horrible service. We watch another table that ordered the same time we did and got their food and paid, before we even got our food. We ordered salads. It was half price pizza night. So all they had on staff was pizza cooks. Not salad chefs. When the salads did come out they were wrong. Even though the menu said you can get the salad chopped and tossed. Don’t expect out that way.

I have ordered food to go several times from Brickhouse. The Kobe burger was absolutely delicious, if just a tad overcooked. I also have ordered the Black and Blue salad, and it was very good as well. Freshly cooked and still warm when I sit down to eat. I ordered the nachos today for the first time and they are YUMMY!!! Huge portion and tasty for only 10 bucks with the tip. The only bad thing I have ordered has been the boneless wings. They were cold and soggy and just allover unappetizing. However, I always order to go, so that could have been the issue. All in all, I enjoy Brickhouse and will continue to order for lunch on at least a weekly basis

We went here New Years Eve just for a quick meal. The Staff was great and despite the holiday they were able to sit us promptly. The food was fantastic, and we were in a secluded enough area that we were able to still here each other talk. With this being our first time at Brickhouse, I’m sure we will be back!

Excellent menu for a pub. Nice variety of salads for the better half. Horse shoes and wings are excellent and the beer is cold. Good place to go to watch sports.

My husband and I go here a lot. It is one of our favorite pubs in Springfield. The food and service are consistently good. I really like the light menu; it includes some interesting selections such as the black bean rissole, which is basically a black bean burger without the bun. When I’m watching my carbs, I skip the rice and ask for extra vegetables. They are also cooked perfectly, and the black bean burger is quite flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The grilled mahi and grilled swordfish are also tasty.
I also like the salads and the diversity of the salad dressings, such as the cucumber wasabi and salsa ranch. There are several more, so they aren’t limited to the standards of ranch, italian, etc. Another favorite is the egg rolls. They feature a different kind each day. I like them all, but I’m especially fond of the southwest and the asian. The nachos are also good and taste fresher than what I’ve had at other pubs.
One nitpick: there is only one single stall bathroom. If someone is in there, you have to wait at the door. The pub can get pretty crowded on weekends. I think they need a bigger bathroom.

We frequent this place. So the food is usually good. My husband ordered his usual horseshoe. He loves it and never has got anything else here. My daughter order the same. When they came out hers was fine and his was under cooked red meat. He has never sent anything back here. Disappointed he ask waitress to take back. She did so politely. The General Manager then came out and basically told us off. He said that is how we cook our burgers raw… Order it well done and ran away before we could respond. We did not make a big deal of the under cooked meat, but were treated very disrespectful. My husband has never had to order it well done before. What a horrible way to treat paying customers. It was not our first visit but it is OUR LAST.

I really like everything on the healthy living menu, the black bean chipotle rissolé was actually really good. However the vegetables are very bland, I’m pretty sure they don’t even add salt. Also the wraps and salads here are great! Can’t wait to try some more.

Good good, good atmosphere!
Little bit loud but otherwise enjoyable.
Diverse menu with some unique options
Lots of appetizers, good pizza, good burgers, good sandwiches.
They also have a private room for private parties which is a plus.
I’ll be back!

Overall, OK. The service has been good. The place is relatively new, clean, and with plenty of TVs.
I can’t get over the fact that my grilled chicken salad came topped with unfresh, rubbery, seemingly microwaved «particle board» chicken, akin to what one receives on a Subway sandwich (which I find really inedible from Subway too).
I’m sure they make real grilled chicken fillets for entrees, so why not for the salad? We’ve had good nachos and fries here before, not amazing, but good.
I doubt we’ll go back unless it’s a group thing and we’re not picking.

Loaded baked potato pizza… does it get much better than that? This ridiculous pizza came with all the trimmings of the perfect baked potato including sour cream on top. The crust was thin and crunchy as was the bacon. It was a bit much for one person to eat though. Service was good, especially for such a big party. Everything came out at the same time and the waitresses kept everyone happy. Very reasonable prices too. I would def return to check out some of the other tasty things I saw on the menu.

Consistently good service, a large menu, and delish food have earned this Brickhouse 4 stars. It’s an excellent place to grab a weekday lunch/​beer combo. As with it’s downtown brother, I’ll be a frequent patron.

I stopped in for a drink while in town on business. The place was full and lively. The bartender was very busy. They should have had more than one person behind the bar. I had a pizza since it was on special. The pizza was OK. The sauce was sweet and the ingrediants seemed to be fresh.
I will probably go back. My biggest complaint is if you are going there to watch a game (which I was) their TV placements are poor, making them hard to see from many vantage points.
