After shopping hard for a chain saw, found an echo cs-​400 here. Very helpful folks, explained features. Gaylord went over operation, started up chain saw before leaving shop. Didn’t buy saw at any of the big box stores because I wanted to make sure it ran correctly and wanted a place to get it serviced. Well stocked small husband and wife shop with personable services .They went the extra mile to help.
