This company came highly recommended by the former owner of our house, so I had high hopes.
I called about a two months ago to ask if any preventative maintenance on our hot tub was needed before the winter. No one called back to answer my question.
I called about three weeks ago to request service because the pump was making an awful noise. The gentleman who I spoke to said that he would check his schedule over the weekend and call me back. There was no call back
I called about a week ago and left a message requesting an urgent return call because the motor in our hot tub was no longer working. No one called back.
I guess the message on their office answering machine says it all, «…I’m running behind on the spa service. Its that time of year. I got a lot catching up to do and I appreciate every bodies patience in having me get back to them».
Needless to say I cannot recommend this company simply because they never were able to respond to my requests for service.

Surprisingly, the day after I left this review I found a voice mail on the answering machine when I got home, and then this morning another call from this vendor.
I told the gentleman who called that I had decided to drain the hot tub for the winter because I don’t have a working pump and I now have a leak or two in the plumbing that I just can’t deal with at this time of the year.
Because he called me back, finally, I changed the rating from one to two stars.
