Bad food, bad service
Don’t get the cheap, greasiest, absolutely worst tacos I’ve ever had on taco Tuesday, I don’t care if they are just $ 1 your stomach will thank you.
There have been a number of places in this location over the last couple years… I’m just waiting for the next one and hopeing it will be better than this current «restaurant»

I cannot even give Trolleys one star. This review is not based on a single visit… I actually had a horrible first experience and then gave them another try. Wishing I had my money back on both. Went today, day of the city Christmas parade. They are on the square so you would think that they would be expecting a good crowd and be prepared? Think again. No server greeted us at the door. We seated ourselves which meant pulling tables together and whatnot since we had a large group. We ordered water, which we never got so we ended up serving ourselves. One of our appetizers never made it to the table. My burger was underdone and therefore I did not eat. My niece’s mac and cheese was not included with everyone else’s food so she had to wait. The restrooms were filthy. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was tending bar. I went back to talk to him and waited ten minutes for him to even acknowledge me. I explained to him that he did not have a single happy customer in the restaurant which was absolutely true (which was the same thing the first time we went). People were waiting for menus, waiting for drinks, waiting for food, waiting for their checks, getting their own drinks, hunting down a waitress so on and so forth. Honestly I do not know how they stay in business. POOR MANAGEMENT BAD SERVICE MEDIOCRE FOOD AT BEST.

I always really WANT to like locally owned places — but when I go somewhere and spend $ 5 on a basket of fried pickles — please make them from scratch. I swear these are the same ones you buy frozen and make at home. The chips and salsa were recommended by the bar tender — and again were nothing special.
We had to move from a table to sit at the bar because the server never showed.
It wasnt the worst dining experience ever — but they certainly didnt win me over.

Relaxing atmosphere and great drink specials. Friendly, hardworking staff. Great place to have a beer.
