TAKE MY WORD FIND SOMEONE ELSE THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE AND THEIR TIME!! NOT TO MENTION THE MAJOR PRICE INCREASE!
This place is shitty don’t waste your time, I have been going there for year I start with 30$ nails and get the same thing that now cost 70-80$ I have traveled hours for years to come here and they are so disrespectful not one of them are nice and or good!!! There is also an issue with something from old paint to nails popping off just save your money and go somewhere that atleast have respect for the paying customers. It is always one thing or another with them. When you travel like I have to go there ans show up 5 minutes late and told no you can’t get your nails done to, SHOWING UP ans waiting over an hour for an appointment that was suppose to be at 5 and now it’s 6:10 and spend 3 hours on old product that is not working and having your nails drilled and drilled on. I DONT KNOW WHY I PUT UP WITH IT FOR SO LONG AND WHY I EVEN STAND TO BE TREATED LIKE I HAVE BY THIS COMPANY.

I have been here twice. They were able to fit me in right before Thanksgiving. I came in to get a fill with gel and reshape my nails to almond. My sister and her friend went in to get gel and pedicures. The fill was pretty good and the shape of the nails was good. It was performed by the daughter’s fiancé or husband. I do not recollect his name. Issues:(1) He made the nails too thin(five of them broke within a week with the tips cracking off because they were too thin).(2) The gel was not done properly. His cohort recommended that he do one nail at a time because the color I choose clops into the sides or is distributed unevenly on the nails if not dried immediately. He decided not to do this. One of the nails chipped within two days. I went back to get it fixed a few days later. Instead of removing the paint from the whole nail, they just filed it down and painted over it. Needless to say, this was insufficient and it chipped the next day. They did not charge me for the first repair. I did not go back after it chipped again. Pedicures My sister and her friend got pedicures at the same time and they were wonderful. They said they were the best massages ever. The pedicures were performed my the owner’s husband and another young man. When I went back to get my nail fixed, I got a pedicure as well. It was performed by the daughter who looked like she might be a teenager. It was really bad. She didn’t perform all of the things very well. Although, the finished paint job did look nice. The other aspects of the pedicure were not good.

Best pedicure ever! The sugar scrub they use makes the skin baby-angel soft. My manicure/pedicure look great and my hands and feet are so smooth. I am incredibly happy with their service and will be back again next I’m in saint Augustine!

Sky did a great job on my manicure and another man gave me a nice pedicure. Both gave me a really nice massage and were friendly.

Lily does the best uv liquid gel in the area. You can’t find nail salons that offer true uv liquid gel so this place is a gem! It’s clean, open, and airy. I forgot his name but an older gentlemen, I think he’s Lily’s brother, gives the best massage for pedicures. I love Joanna too, she keeps it honest and knows how hot nails should look. Love this family owned spa!

I am so thankful for Lily’s Nails. They are a well established salon here on the beach. The service is great and they go out of their way to accommodate scheduling. Joanna has been doing my nails since she first began. She has become a very talented technician. And the atmosphere is very relaxing.

I would never go back. My nails lasted 1 week and the women that did my nails was on her cell phone the entire time she did my nails ‘. Which by the way took 25 minutes that was my first clue. The place was dirty and needed a makeover. Don’t go there

So all of the men who work here do a GREAT job, just not the woman. She seems rude, is rough, and rushes through your manicure. The manicures and pedicures do seem to last a good 2 weeks from this place which tells you they do a good job, just make sure to ask one of the very nice gentlemen to do your nails!

Joanne is talented, swift and clean shop. a I get a new process/technology called ANC. My nails last and shine. Best is that it is NOT acrylic or gel. The first damages the nail and the latter degrades after 10 days. ANC is the best I’ve ever had. Wow! No harsh chemicals, no rough filing, no UV light(yippee), no drying time(super big yippee), no damage to the nail bed(health and safety — get’s biggest yip). This is the latest product ANDITISGREEN! Gotta love that, too. I have a hard, shiny and longer lasting nail color. To me that is a lot better value for my $$. Lily’s at St Augustine Beaches is the place to go!

Found this place on Unilocal.Run by a guy from northern Vietnam(«Tim») who came to St. Augustine Beach from Atlanta for a «more laid back» lifestyle. Just got a polish change on my feet. Tim was very meticulous, spent more than half an hour, and used OPI products. My toes look fine, although frankly I don’t know how one could screw up a polish change. Was charged all of $ 8 which made me about fall off my chair. Would be double that in the DC area, at least. Haven’t had such an inexpensive nail job since Mexico. Don’t know how Tim can stay in business. Rents must be really low in St. Augustine.

Went to Lily’s Nails on recommendation of a local. Needed a french mani and pedi done for a wedding. I made an appointment, arrived a little early and was taken right away. Salon is roomy and very clean. Service was wonderful — my technician took his time and was very detail oriented. My nails came out great! I would make this a regular nail salon if I lived in the area.

I had been on vacation and away from home(and, thus, my regular nail salon) for about 2 and ½ weeks by the time I was hanging in St. Augustine. And my nails were RAG-ged! Lily’s is my mom’s local, so when I said I need to have my set of gels refilled, she immediately made me an appt. here. The salon is spacious, clean, bright and blissfully comfortable(I find many FL establishments have their AC cranked waaay too high for me). The staff is professional, just the right amount to chattiness(without the faux-interest). I had a «spa pedicure», as well, which was great. Dare I say, they did a better job than my place at home?! Gasp! It’s true: well-shaped, nice and thin, with a beautiful paint job. And quick. The pedi and gel fill in about an hour, 15 minutes. That’s in-the-door to done-drying. Superb! I couldn’t recommend them higher.
