Stumbled on this hole in the wall and wish we had found it earlier. Great coffee, great breakfast wrap. This place is run by the friendliest two locals in St Augustine that are passionate about what they do. Can’t decide which is better, the food or the service. If you are visiting, Zabas is a must-visit for breakfast or lunch.

We stopped in this little hidden gem. Great cup of coffee. We had a breakfast sandwich which was absolutely delicious. This is a local place that is owned by two former St. Augustine carriage drivers. That we were lucky enough to meet. They spent an hour telling stories of ALL the work, dedication, time, training and love that goes into the horse drawn carriage business. We loved it! If you’re in St. Augustine area and looking for a good casual grassroots cup of coffee, good food and good conversation with local fair… Stop in.

Best Cuban sandwich I had in a long time, hands down! From now on, every time I am passing by it will be a must stop. Staff is friendly and it is a nicely well decorated place by the beach with that kind of ambience.

During our weekend stay in St. Augustine we were searching for a good breakfast spot with not just good food but also great coffee. We found out about Zabas, we loved the food and coffee. They are super friendly. We loved it so much we went back the next morning for breakfast before we left town. Zabas is a must while staying in St. Augustine!

Thank you fellow Unilocalers for once again not leading me astray! Everything about this shop was A+… Prices, coffee, and service. Bonus that one owner Brandon is a former tour guide… He sat down with us and told us cool local stories and pointed out some must dos on the map. Loved that the shop was decorated with local artists’ work too.

Awesome little joint for good organic coffee, with a very chill staff. If you want an easy start to your morning and aren’t looking for a fancy cup of joe, this is the place to go.

This place was a cute little local gem we stumbled upon! I loved how tiny and chill it was and they make a pretty darn good Salted Caramel Iced Latte! The food was good, I would definitely return to have another one of their awesome Garlic Grilled Cheese and to try the Grilled Pb&j. My girlfriend was bummed they didn’t have pancakes so definitely check the menu out before you go as it is limited or just stop in for some coffee! Their prices were super cheap which was nice and the two guys working there were sweet surfer looking guys that were very accommodating. Worth a stop if you’re staying nearby and want a good sandwich or cup of joe!

This little gem is reminiscent of the way beach towns used to be. When you first walk in the small size is a little surprising but you quickly realize that is part of the charm. The two gentlemen that run the entire operation are soft spoken and kind. The first day we stopped in their credit card machine was not working so the offered to just comp the meal. We were not about to stiff these guys so we rummaged through the car and found our emergency cash. When it didn’t cover the meal plus the hot sauce my husband had originally planned to purchase they called it even. The next morning I woke up craving their delicious coffee and wholesome breakfast sandwich. Day two was just as delicious and the prices can’t be beat. Breakfast sandwich and coffee for $ 6!

Well done, inexpensive, local, cool little coffee shop. When I stopped in, I was sole, early morning customer. Barista dude was friendly and fast while my breakfast sandwich was delicious and very fresh. Can’t beat the price or location if you’re staying beach-side in St. Augustine. I’ll be back!

In a town that offers no caffeine just chew, this place is a godsend but don’t say god too loosely around here. Anyway, driving along the beach area and in need of a jolt I went into this truly funky joint. So think a mixing of Dukes of Hazzard meets the Haight. The folks could not be more friendly as they are drinking their Bud’s while making me a solid Americano. Also, the patrons are also part of the charm. The food looked fine too, with the help of a George Foreman Grill, a Black and Decker toaster over and an Amana ice box! I mean, it is old home week and I am sure I could have gotten a joint if I was the type but I’m not. This place is not to be missed as there is more charm than the Ripley’s in town. Believe it or Not.

Great little eatery/coffee shop with fantastic food and friendly staff. Definitely recommend the breakfast wrap! It was really tasty and at $ 7 a perfect breakfast before hitting the St. Augustine sites. Guys working there were fun to chat with and very laid back. I will definitely be back when in town

Mocha coffee not bad. A quaint place, friendly staff, and great location just off A St. and A1A Beach Blvd. I would come back.
