Bakers Square will always have a special place in my heart because it reminds me of Friday nights in high school after football ball games where I would hang out with friends. Pro Tip: Bring a coupon. Seriously, they can be found in your paper or mail or possibly the internets, but they are readily available if you look for them. This location has plenty of parking. Service is friendly if a bit slow. Food is typical diner fare. Pie is not optional. Why are you going here if you don’t want pie? Heathen.

Wow! I guess I was a little surprised to find these still around. After not having the proper directions to our intended destination and striking out at another; we wound up here. No wait. Plenty of seating. Okay food. One perk is that they serve breakfast all day which is a nice option. Another one being that they offer a decent amount of combos with pie. Sadly I should have gone with those choices. I opted for the French dip and fries. Honestly, I have had better ones at Arby’s. This one was not bad, it just didn’t satisfy the craving. The fries were good. Everything seems to be an upcharge. Swiss cheese was extra. I had to look to even find the cheese. Our kiddos meal while cute, the pancakes were burnt. This place is fine for what it is. Nothing fancy, just good old comfort food. Quick and easy. Restrained ourselves from ordering any pie. Might come back if in the area. Service was good.

I have been here a few times with my place. This is an excellent place to bring one’s family. This is a calm and peaceful place for those looking for something more quiet. Considering the atmosphere, this is a better place to take the family, less so the friends. I get the impression that this place advertises more toward the middle aged and elderly generation, which is not a bad thing. This is a great atmosphere for socializing. For the most part, the employees do a great job at keeping everything clean. There have only been a few issues with cleanliness, but the issues were taken care of promptly, and the employees were apologetic. The atmosphere makes me feel comfortable to walk around, sit inside, and have a good meal with the family. The employees here are friendly. A few of them have been great at holding a good conversation during their slow time. They are great at suggestions when asked. The food there is delicious, and it is served to me in a timely manner. I don’t think that I have ever had to wait any longer than ten minutes for my plate, which I think is reasonable. My favorite is their eggs benedict, which is in the breakfast menu. As long as they do a fantastic job at serving me, I will continue coming here with my family. I look forward to more delicious meals here.

The recently updated interior is disappointing. The TV’s are a complete distraction and obliterate what little ambiance there was before. The service is awkward sometimes, but we’re always pleased with the pie we order, especially the French silk pie. I’m not sure if the food is any good, or why anyone would bother to order it since there are so many better options nearby. Best option: order a pie and enjoy it with company at home.

The waitress was the most spacey and least effective one I have seen in awhile. She got the orders wrong and asked the same questions over and over. The options available for each meal kept changing because she could not keep anything straight. We just gave up and let her bring whatever food was available. The food is just what you expect from Bakers Square.

Are you kidding me? We went there ay 10:30 on a Saturday night, it wasn’t busy, got seated right away, and 10 minutes later no one had come to our table. We left, made a comment to the manager on the way out, and he just shrugged. I guess they really didn’t want our business!

I would not describe this as the height of gourmet eating but here’s the thing. When you need a little something to eat, after finishing your taxes and realizing you missed lunch, Bakers Square fits the bill. Plenty of room to park. Once inside the restaurant is clean and the people are friendly and helpful. Their soups and chili are well-made and filling. Didn’t touch the pies or give any thought to the other menu items. This was about a quick bite to tide us over til dinner and it did the trick.

I always LOVE coming to Bakers Square. The food and the service is always spectacular. I’ve been eating here for years and I have never had any complaints. Oh… and the pies are to die for!!!

I made some homemade soup using a new recipe which included kale, pinto beans, garlic and all sorts of really good veggies. My guy pal does not care for healthy foods reheating was not an option. We headed to Bakers Square with their endless refills of Coke and friendly waitstaff. I had a small corner of the French Dip, it was really good and some Carrot cake which was okay. I would go back for the perfectly warm and lightly toasted bun with about an inch of sliced beef dipped in beef broth. Nice if ever there is a craving.

How can you not love a place where the employees remorsefully have PIENAMES. That is enough for five stars in itself. Baker Square, or as I more commonly call it, «BS» is one of those places that gets 1 star for 5pm dinner, but 5 stars for a 3am meals after a long, long night. The employees are so miserable, it is funny and enjoyable… A hello to Carrot Cake Collett and Minced Meat Mike(made the second one up!). The pie however(in all seriousness) is quite delectable. Just go, I have never had a bad time at a Bakers Square. It always brews laughter and merriment. Just don’t get the strawberry crepes, my fiancé had an incedent with them… I won’t go into detail. :)

My favorite comfort food spot, I love the chicken strips and mozarella sticks.

The only reason I give it a second star is because they had the pecan pie I’ve been c-r-a-v-i-n-g in whole pie form(see for my whining). The pie was not that bad, but be clear: I am not a fan of BS, ever since I got some sort of bug or maybe hep A from a slice of French silk. This particular location is skankier than most, too. I guess I could have gone to a gas station convenience store to find one of those mini-pies to get my fix, now that I think about it. I shan’t be back.

I had the misfortune of visiting this black hole for breakfast with my girlfriend. I am appalled and disgusted. Service was terrible, food was awful, took forever. And to top it all off, we overheard our waitress commenting to her co-workers about our menu choices and laughing at the fact that my Girlfriend is a vegetarian. To quote a line from Scrubs, «sometimes I concentrate as hard as I can to see if I can start myself on fire, and if I ever pull it off… you can best believe that I’ll be back to burn this place to the ground.» What a complete mess.

Once upon a time, this was Poppin Fresh Pies. They have since been eaten by the monster chain Bakers Square and quality has suffered greatly. This is now one of those mostly tasteless chain restaurants appealing to the lowest common denominator.
