Yes. I love this restaurant. The food, the great atmosphere, the people who work here. All five stars!!! Definitely coming back if I am ever in the St. Petersburg area again.

I came here because I had heard of it and saw the reviews but I have to say of all the food I had here it was not anything special I could not have made at home. The service was decent but none of the food had great flavor. The corned beef was canned and tasted as such and their croissant french toast was not as great for it being a special. Service was decent but I do not think I would return here.

This place has been around a long time 15+yrs. It is a great breakfast/brunch spot, but popular on the wknds so expect to wait. The servers are friendly and service is quick once you’re seated. They have a good breakfast and lunch menu with many options. They have two homemade quiche’s each day. I always enjoy what I get. My daughter said the bacon is nothing special and seems baked or pre-cooked. It’s not fancy, but it is good and you get drink refills quickly. Enjoy!

The food(breakfast) was good however the staff seemed stressed and hurried. The hostess Ana seemed bothered to have anyone there. That being said if you are going just for the food, you will be fine.

Sunday, 7:30am(not busy): Waitress was nice and attentive. Food was mediocre at best. My husband and I ordered a ham/cheese omelette, waffle, side of bacon, & side of sausage w 2OJ’s to drink. $ 37BEFORE tip. Ummm… kind of steep for nothing special. Also, they put some kind basil or parsley seasoning in the omelette. Terrible flavor. The waffle was good and the bacon was crisp like I requested.

Brunch was delicious! It’s a small place that seems constantly busy! Beverly comes around to check on guests– a true mom and pop place with GREATFOOD!

We are new to the area and have been trying to find a good breakfast place. We have frequented at least 5 different diners looking for– good coffee, good selection of quality food, good prices. We found it with Beverley’s. I am hesitant to leave such a positive review as I don’t want to give away our secret breakfast place but I found it on Unilocal and need to give back.

Great service BUT our breakfast lacked flavor. If you want to spend 15 minutes of adding salt, pepper and butter to your breakfast to make it taste good, then this is the place for you. You’ll come out better(and cheaper) going to the Waffle House. At first I thought it was just me so I didn’t say anything, but my husband said his food was bland and I agreed. Oh, and my spoon had crud on it… Would not recommend.

I love this place! The servers know everyone and they are very attentive to their guests. We came for breakfast when the restaurant was packed, but it was surprisingly quiet. This is definitely a place you should go if you want to be treated like family.

Decent beach breakfast! Beverly’s is a quaint little diner looking spot a block from St Pete Beach. We got there early and it wasn’t crowded, but the place is small so beware if you go during peak times. I had the croissant sandwich with Canadian bacon and brie. The homemade croissant was amazing — light and buttery and flaky, but the brie was served cold on top of the bacon and I think it would have been much tastier melted. The home fries were tasty with paprika on top, but a little under salted. My fiancé had the Eye Opener(eggs, choice of bacon or sausage, choice of home fries or grits) and it was good but nothing special. The service was fast but not overly friendly. It seems as though there were lots of «regulars» there and the services was focused more on them. We will be back, but I would order something more simple next time — maybe some eggs, bacon, and a croissant.

Must try! A true local breakfast jem! Don’t be intimidated by the pink building! The food was outstanding, the servers very attentive and on top of it! Each table had plenty of condiments and 2 containers of homemade jam(strawberry and orange)! The owner is actively present in the dining room, making sure everyone is happy with their food and the serving! Homemade pancake was great! Our kids ate everything on their plate!

You MUST drop in Beverly’s while at St. Pete’s! Classic old diner atmosphere… the food is AMAZING… huge portions. The Bloody Mary’s are a definite good choice too. Our vacation wouldn’t have been complete if we had not visited Beverly’s..

Wow! I cannot say enough great things about this place! Beverly’s was absolutely amazing! There was about a 10 minute wait and the waiting area was outside. The hostess was on point and came out every two minutes with updates. It barely felt like we waited at all. The waitresses were all so friendly and the food that everyone was eating looked amazing! We ordered eggs over-medium with sausage, bacon, home fries and an English muffin. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the sausage and bacon had so much flavor. We really enjoyed this diner and certainly recommend!

Amazing fresh made croissants, whether eaten plain or as french toast. The croissants are what make Beverly’s worth visiting in my opinion as the rest of the food is about on par with the other breakfast establishments in the area. Staff was really great, she even peeked out the door when we walked up(we weren’t quite ready to go in) to let us know she set a table up next door as they were full in the main area. One star subtracted as they don’t offer the croissants by the half dozen, only at the somewhat pricey(for me anyway!) nearly 2 dollar each standard rate and because they don’t offer a children’s menu(most of the portions are a bit large or contain a lot of sugar for a kid’s breakfast).

Stopped at the famous Beverly’s before heading over the beach this weekend. After seeing the rave reviews, just had to give this place a try. The soundtrack and the clean yet outdated beach town diner vibe really hit the spot more than the food. Beverly’s drawings on the wall helped bring in the homey feel as well. The best and most unique thing about Bev’s is the homemade fruit preserves on the table. When we visited, the two flavors to choose from were strawberry and orange. These spreads definitely improved the flavor of the food items. My savory crêpe was odd tasting, like two things that just did not go together. It was too much crêpe wrapped around bland eggs, bland ham, barely any cheese, covered with bland swiss cheese. So bland that I could taste the refrigerator taste on the crêpe. Even adding salt did not help. Maybe I am ordering wrong and should have gotten a side of hollandaise? Croissant French Toast was just decent. However, the regular baked croissant was light and fluffy, yet bland, but great with the fruit preserves added. If your grandma’s double-wide trailer had a Florida room off the back, and that Florida room was converted into a restaurant— that restaurant would be Beverly’s La Croisette.

My wife and I went here after reading the reviews on here and another popular travel site. I was 100% not disappointed. On the first morning, I ordered the biscuits and gravy. Being southern-born and northern-raised I can’t always find a good biscuits and gravy in Connecticut, but Beverly’s sure does them right. Just a bit of a warning; if you have a normal or small appetite, go with the ½ serving size — it’s big enough. The full-size portion is HUGE. And don’t get me started on the bacon. If you like your bacon crispy with no chewy fat, then Beverly’s is your place. Their bacon was PERFECTION! On the 2nd visit, I ended up getting just the turkey club. You have to be a horrible restaurant to get this wrong, which Beverly’s did not — but you can’t really rate a place on a turkey club. So, if you’re in the St. Pete Beach area, do yourself a favor and put up with the line of people out front and make sure you get here at least once. You will NOT be disappointed.

I was expecting a greasy spoon, but my breakfast was a step above your typical diner fare. Beverly’s has that classic«been here for decades» diner feeling but the menu offers a slightly sophisticated French twist. Hollandaise sauce makes many appearances on the menu. The portions are huge(their 3-egg omelettes look more like 5-egg omelettes). If you don’t want to go into a food coma, I recommend splitting a main dish and ordering a few sides. Corned beef hash is better than I would have thought and the croissants are really flaky. The homemade marmalade on every table is a nice touch, too — and is perfect on a croissant. I love that my coffee mug and water were never more than half empty — our server was very attentive and friendly. Beverly’s is a great choice for anyone looking for a big breakfast near the beach. This will probably become a regular spot for me.

I read the rave reviews on Beverly’s and had to try it while we were in town. Breakfast was good. Solid 3 stars. I was STARVING when I walked in, and ordered a lot of food. I got a baked omelette which was good, but had way too much cheese on it. Is there ever such thing as too much cheese? The answer is yes. They had raisin toast, which I’m a fan of, and their homefries were good. I’m not sure it was worth the 40 minute wait we had to get in, but I’d go back again if we were in town and there wasn’t a wait.

Wonderful little breakfast find on St. Petersburg beach! Food was amazing and the service was incredible. Went here based on other reviews and the place definitely exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is small and welcoming and the menu offers a variety of breakfast options. I was torn between one of the breakfast crepes and the breakfast sampler but I get the feeling that I would have been pleased with either. The French toast, breakfast sampler, and even the coffee were great! The home fries were cooked to crispy perfection! Will gladly go back here again when I’m in the area!

El estilo es muy casero y el trato muy amigable. Vale mucho la pena probar el French Toast ya que el pan esta hecho en casa.

Found this place on Unilocal after trying to go to The Frog Pond across the street(they had a 30 minute wait)… Beverly’s sat my group of 5 within 5 minutes max. The service is very sweet and welcoming, we had coffee and $ 5 Bloody Mary’s brought to the table before we could even decide what we wanted to eat! Everything on the menu sounds delicious so it was hard to decide. I had the«Leftover Omelette» with a croissant. You HAVE to choose the croissant over the toast, they’re fresh homemade and delicious! MY omelette was MASSIVE, served in a casserole dish topped with tons of cheese. I believe this omelette was about $ 1-$ 2 more than the others but it is WORTHIT, its very flavorful and the portion is large enough for two. Probably my best diner experience ever, the food is not ATALL diner quality.
