I’ve never thought the concept of $ 9 cup of coffee would really work when I was working on my MBA and to see Starbucks closing stores didn’t come as a shock. I’m not a coffee drinker but would oblige my co-worker to stop here for breakfast so we did. I ordered a water and a cinnamon roll. The one in the display case was covered with cinnamon so I was surprised when mine came out and had zero cinnamon on it. I took it back and the girl tried to tell me that it was correct so I showed her the difference of the one in the case and she said that it was because the sugar had melted. I guess she doesn’t know how hot you have to get sugar to melt it, and that my cinnamon role being luke warm this really didn’t jive with what she was trying to sell me. The bottom line was that the food in question was dry, bland, and not at all in appearance to what was in the display case. Like grandpa used to say back on the farm: «you can’t polish a turd».

This is a great Starbucks location to sit and relax. The baristas really do a good job here and always make you feel welcome.

Good coffee however it’s a long wait. Plan on at least ten minutes to get it. Also be specific with your order, with the overwhelming business it’s easy to mess up your order.

Omg! I have been here two weeks and have had a daily visit to Starbucks. Not ice have try got my coffee right then told me I didn’t know what I was ordering?

I am a loyal customer who comes every day. I finally got a full cup of gold stars and when I tried to use my reward for a free drink, I was told that it had expired! What a slap in the face. It’s like the olé bait and switch. I didn’t realize that I was supposed to tell them about the reward, I thought it showed up when they scanned my card. I also didn’t realize that they expire so quickly. What a way to make a loyal customer feel gipped. I have really enjoyed coming here. What the server should have done is given the tea to me anyway and then explained that next time I need to be aware of the expiration date and she could have shown me where to find it. I spend about $ 200 a month here, what would that have really cost them to do that. Poor customer service training, learn the big picture. :(

This is a nice Starbucks store on the island. Typical Starbucks fare and coffee with a couple of friendly staff members and one grumpy guy working here. Service was pretty fast, but we did just get brewed coffee.

Service is very slow. Not sure if it’s a southern thing or just this location. People who work here are friendly. It gets busy weekday afternoons with peeps in search of free internet.
