I can’t speak to their services because we never actually got that far. I brought in a pair of pants for hemming. The woman working asked when I needed them. I didn’t need them quickly, so I picked a date a couple of weeks out, figuring that was plenty of time. The woman then snapped at me that I can’t expect my stuff to be done faster than other people just because I want it back quickly. Wow. I didn’t ask for that. I didn’t ask for anything, actually. I just picked a random date. If that date wasn’t workable, why not just say that? Why get an attitude and tell me not to expect special treatment that I never requested? I felt badly for a moment– until I realized I hadn’t done anything wrong. So, that was the end of that. I live close to here, but I take my stuff to a more expensive seamstress all the way across town. At least she’s nice.
