Since the new owners taken over all he does is smoke outside he’s rude to his workers there was one time I was in there and he was cursing at one of the vendors never again will I go in there and the food was not even good

I sometimes stop here in the mornings and it has become my go-​to bagel store. The bagels are pretty good. The place is clean, and the staff is super nice. The prices are a bit expensive but most delis on Staten Island are. I’d def recommend giving them a try :)

You get less bang for your buck here
Sandwiches are very small cheap on the «meat»
Place should open earlier to get the morning blue collar guys
Shelfs are half empty in fridge
My fishing buddies have warned me never to go there again

bagels are very good staff is friendly, however these guys mess up my order ⁷⁄₁₀ times and the old man at the counter doesn’t know what’s going on.

We loved when this place opened not too far from us, as they had good bagels and sandwiches at a then reasonable rate (plus they did great French Toast bagel.)
Today we returned in the morning, I didn’t wish to spend too much but wanted a little breakfast bite. My wife just wanted one of their French Toast bagels plain, I was going to have one too with just a little bit of butter, but my eye caught a counter sign saying, «try our new whitefish salad,» & I asked if I could, instead of butter, have «a little of the Whitefish salad smeared on instead.»
It was not bad tasting, he told me pay when we were done, then said it came to $ 9.56.
I really felt that was a bit of a rip-​off. I didn’t get much salad on the bagel (which was fine, since that was what I indicated,) but for that & a 2^nd bagel with nothing, seemed ridiculous.
Plus (keeping in mind I had not eaten anything else that morning) when we got home, I had to run to the bathroom and was sick for hours.

Patrons this is your spot for your breakfast and lunch wants and needs. Its been a work in progress for a couple of years and now its the only place you want to go in the area. Savor coffee to satisfy your coffee wants, everything made is in house which I prefer. Always fresh, incredible bagels made on site too in the traditional way. The owners and staff are receptive to change and your needs, just talk to them. Can’t wait till this summer to bring friends and family when they open their outside seating. There’s even a parking lot. It doesn’t get better on SI. Go need to visit this spot, trust me.

I was there for a mini-​meeting with a few buyers. The places has seating & great bagels. You could smell the aroma from outside in there parking lot. The owners were nice & friendly. If am around & was craving. I would not reconsider stopping to enjoy a breakfast or lunch.

I’m addicted to their coffee! I usually stop in on my way to work to pick up coffee and bagel. I’ve been doing sane routine for the past year or so and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Nice crew always friendly and with smiles and to thats a great way to start a work day.

Went in here for the first time. It was empty. I waited by the deli counter. No one said anything so I went to the register to order a few bagels. Instead of just placing the order she told me I had to order at the deli counter, at this time there was a line. Long story short every bagel order was wrong. Not going back

The Bagels are very tasty. Love the different cream cheese options. Lots of choices from the menu.

I am no where near a fan of cream cheese but one day the office I used to work in had catering besides the bagels and muffins being so fresh and delicious I tried the chocolate cream cheese it really was amazing I no longer work in the area and live no where near the bagel house but every now and again I take the time to go out just for the bagels and especially the cream cheeses

Bagels are great. Flavored cream cheeses are on the money as well. However, the array of the fare offered is average at best and ridicously overpriced. Service is slooooow, with the counter men taking forever to create what should be familiar to them and the girls at the register just absolutely clueless to the point they seem scared of the register and interacting with patrons. Then, my favorite gripe, if you order coffee they fill it to the rim behind the counter and then give it to you to add milk and sugar yourself in front of the counter. Which always turns into spilling out your cup into the garbage just to make room for milk.

Coffee is great and bagels are great! But — watch your order. You often get what you didn’t order, and though the breakfast sandwiches are good, they never put condiments that you request on. Have gotten bacon as eggs on rolls three times, and each time the requested salt, pepper and ketchup was missing. Just does not taste the same without it. On the positive side, bagels are delicious and the specialty cream cheeses are great also.
