Very, very happy with the service from Fireglow. The gas fireplaces in my new home were not working correctly. I sent an email to Fireglow on Saturday afternoon and received a phone call at 8 am on Monday. Joe from Fireglow took time to listen and understand my needs. His technician, Jason, was at my house that same afternoon and in short order, fixed both fireplaces. Highly recommend this service-​oriented family business.
