SCAM SCAM SCAM owner will call you day of your event and tell you he made a «mistake» and you owe money or he won’t send cars. Happened to 3 people I know already with similar story. Created panic at time of your event and forces you to pay.

Excellent service. Driver was Kal and he was safe, extremely pleasant and very accommodating. We had a party of 18 going into city. Half were boys ranging between 10 – 13 — he treated both the parents and boys so graciously I needed to comment! Thank you for giving the boys such a great memory!

Romantique limos were true professionals. They arrived on time and got us to several places we needed to be.

I just booked a 14 person expedition limo for my friends bachelorette party. The owner/​manager gave me a fantastic deal! I called several other places in Staten island and this was by far the best price! I’ll write another review about the driver and service after the party but I doubt it’ll be anything short of amazing!

We had a very good experience with this company. We hired them to drive my daughter and a few of her friends for her 16^th birthday. They were going to dinner and then a Broadway play up in the city. Bobby, the driver, contacted us a few days earlier to get the details and he showed up early on the day that was promised. The girls all had a good time and complemented him on being polite and a good driver. Based on this experience, I would recommend them again.

If I could give less than a 1 I would. Total rip offs. From the minute the limo arrived the driver was talking about the price if he goes over. We never went over and he was trying to say he did. Total skell. I tell everyone not to use them. I’m sorry I did.

I booked a limo here for my 25^th birthday. I got an amazing deal. They gave me the 14 person truck for the same price as the 10 person car. Me and my 10 friends had more room and it was a great time. The limo was on time. However I am a little annoyed at the office, the brooklyn office had called me the DAY BEFORE to confirm the addresses of pick up. I get in the limo, and he almost goes over the bridge without picking up all my friends ! Thank god my boyfriend noticed (windows are dark and we can barely see) and directed him to the address to pick up my friends. It was not he drivers fault because he showed me the paper and it only had my address not my parties address and not where we were going to either. They should have provided the driver with the correct info.

Never have a seen a company so unprofessional as this one. Won’t ever use this company ever again. Final paperwork was all signed and day of my wedding a representative called an hour before the limos arrived said he made a math mistake and we owed extra money. Absolutely terrible.

I didn’t like the service at this place. When upon booking limos for my wedding the manger was pushy and i felt was rude. I booked the rolls Royce and every 5 mins the limo driver kept opening and shutting the door. I understand that the car was old but I didn’t pay $ 700 for a service like that. If the Rolls Royce needed service it shouldn’t have offered to me. I don’t recommend this place upon two reason rude manger and a limo falling apart. said You Could get that car a better rate somewhere else probably. Dealing with public may not always be easy, but the manger wasn’t helpful nor nice to. Pushing a sale and gave me a car that was falling apart. There plenty Limo service in staten island and Brooklyn that you can go to that will get a better price and a car that isn’t falling apart. This is all from personal experience.
