Line is always out the door. There is even a line for you to pick up your drinks. The usual staff is always talking and never paying attention to what they are doing. The few exceptions of the managers and «Dan» the rest of the male staff is pretty arrogant and rude. I have had more than one bad experience and would recommend you going to any other Starbucks before going to this one.

I just want to start out saying Iv been going to this store since 2001. Iv never had any problems and the staff has always been amazing! Since the previous store manager, Ayal, left I feel like this store has been getting increasingly worse. I don’t know who the new manager is but they need some training on how to run things. The older staff members are why I still come. But the lines are outrageous and there are not enough people working to keep up with the volume of this location.

You definitely need a car for this Starbucks but if you have one the parking is easy. It’s huge, with plenty of tables to chill and work on a rainy day. It’s isn’t cramped in the slightest. He restrooms are decent for a public place. The service was fabulous even on this rainy day everyone was so nice. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to Staten Island but if I did I would definitely come to this Starbucks.

Some of the staff are pretty friendly generally. I’m there almost everyday and often get asked how im doing and am treated politely. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. There is always urine all over and it smells. Bathrooms should be cleaned a few times a day, as they are part of the reason people pay the money over cheaper franchise is for the experience.

Don’t generally review chains, but I have to agree with other reviewers– this one is not the best. First of all the service was slow, I was the 3rd person in line as the 3 workers talked to each other and discussed how gross it would be for one of them to eat a brownie that was dropped on the floor rather than assisting customers. Also, like other reviewers said, my frappuccino was definitely not filled all the way. Lastly, why are the chairs by the large communal table so low???

This isn’t my favorite Starbucks location on Staten Island. It’s an okay one. The baristas aren’t nice or friendly. They seem to hate their jobs. I don’t know why they’re working there if they do so much. I only come here when in the area and I need a caffeine fix.

I been here about 3 times. Only one time, I experienced the long line wait. Besides that the staffs were friendly and nice. Didn’t have any problem. They even offered me a suggestion to make my drink hot instead of cold because the powder wouldn’t mix up. I thought it was nice of them to suggest this. thanks! I’ll be back soon for more drinks.

I’m in almost every morning and the line is forever long. I’ll stand on line for a good 10 – 20 minutes before getting my coffee. They need more people working here making the coffees because one person for all these specialty drinks that people get isn’t easy or fair to other customers. Even worse when school opens up!!! Fix it.

Lines are always crazy. So don’t come here looking for a quick cup of joe. While waiting on this ridiculous long line. I had to use the restroom. Based on how filthy and dirty those restroom was it actually lost another start. Thank goodness for hand sanitizer geeez! I like the coffee, but I can’t really recommend this place based on the wait and the filth in the bathroom.

If you come during school season the line will be by the door so that totally sucks!
Its pretty big Starbucks and you can hang out in and there lots of little different areas you can sit.
They have a bathroom its pretty big too.
I don’t come here much but its not bad every time i come just like any other Starbucks I just find there service to be slower.

The lines can be long and the service can be slow. They redid the inside so it looks more spacious. They have the usual stuff any other Starbucks has. On a recent visit, the worker taking orders was very abrupt and talkative, to the point where she was more concerned about entertaining the customers than getting our order. I don’t go often and I’m glad after that visit.

i’ve been going to this location since i was 15. it’s near my house and it’s across the street from my former high school. the baristas used to be nice to me, until my ex, a barista there, broke up with me. since then, they look at me with such disdain. it’s annoying. the coffee tastes just like any other starbucks coffee, but my ex seems to make the best drinks. a lot of high school students come to this starbucks mainly due to it’s proximity to a high school. other than that, there are some usual weirdos who go there for god knows what reason. most just sit there. basically, this starbucks is not that great. the employees are fake or flat out act like they dislike you. it’s not that great for people watching unless you like staten island people and high school kids. the bathrooms are usually pretty ok though.
