Starbucks

They’re the first Starbucks to open on Staten Island, so for that I give them one extra star. They were quick, which is always a plus.

Systems down all day! Cash only, no rewards. The manager is great but when he is not there, the staff is terrible. They all need training on customer service. They also are very chatty amongst each other but not with the guests.

I am a huge Starbucks fan but for some reason this Starbucks always has a line out the door. I find the morning staff is more pleasant then the night Staff. They are very unprofessional fighting and talking to each other about nothing while a huge line is down to the door. I stop at Starbucks in between jobs because I love their coffee and it really is the best.

I’ve been coming to this ‘bucks for a few years, was away for a year, and back now: since September 2015, their wait times have dramatically increased. Again we see a pattern of new baristas who work slow and unaware of the number of people standing in front of them waiting for their drinks. I only timed a couple drinks here lately but a rough estimate of my average wait time is definitely over 10 minutes. They’ll keep a person stocking a shelf and only one barista while the line nears the door and the crowd by the wait-​bar nears fire-​hazard status (and the folks waiting for their drinks are burning up too). Here’s my rating: Store Requires Maintenance (SRM).

Say whatever you want, I still think that they have the best coffee in NYC (If we will ignore the small coffee shops that offer really good coffee). If we will look at it as always within 1 – 2 miles from where you are when you need coffee, and the fact that they make millions of different coffees every day, but still maintain the delicious and aromatic coffee of Starbucks.

Always friendly and quick … Coffee always just right … You won’t be disappointed …

Horrendous customer service and never have products consistently. I drive 10 minutes more to the mall as they’re much nicer and have stock.

My go to coffee shop for studying or killing some time on a lazy afternoon. They have plenty of outlets for laptops, a few comfy seats for relaxing with a book, and a large community table that is great for when you need some extra space. It has typical Starbucks quality items. The only downside is that this location is very close to a middle school/​high school, so be prepared for a teen invasion shortly after school gets out. The lines can get ridiculous as the frappucino orders pile up.

As most say, «Best starbucks» in the neighboorhood. I been comming to this Starbucks since i began high school and its by far the friendliest One i know.
The baristas know my order when i come in which is lovely.
Overall the place is clean and comftarble and welcoming.

As with all starbucks, its a bit pricey. Its nothing new or fancy as all starbucks shops have that warm fuzzy atmosphere. But this one’s baristas are nice and kind, I remember going here everytime after school just to hang out when I used to attend highschool and was a convient and easy place to study for some tests or do some things for work. The coffee is delicious as with any starbucks and I’d reccommend going here if your in the neighborhood and looking for something to jump start your day.

Best starbucks I’ve been to, with the best baristas. It’s not the closest to my house but if im on the island and i want sbux, this is where i go.

Why am I even reviewing a Stabucks when they’re all the same??? Well, to me, this Stabucks is an exception. I’m from California and I’m used to having a Starbucks at every corner, but there’s not a lot of Starbucks in Staten Island, unfortunately. I travel 30 mins to get here, but it’s worth it because it’s such a large Stabucks! So many tables to study at, comfortable sofas to lounge on, and the patrons and baristas are usually very friendly. I love their communal table which is a perfect place for students with a lot of books and a laptop to study on because the tables are too small for that. Make sure to bring a sweatshirt if you’re planning to stay here a long time — it’s FREEZING! I made a mistake of coming here once wearing sandals, shorts, and a shirt — not the best idea.

I am a fan of Starbucks. I really enjoy there protein strawberry smoothie and there strawberries and cream drink. The people in this location are really nice. There open till 11 so that’s great. They renovated the place and it looks even better it looks like there’s more space. There a lot more chairs and tables. Its really a cozy place (:

It’s starbucks. Not much else to say…

So… I don’t drink Starbucks. Actually I pretty much hate it. I mean… if it’s the only coffee left in the world, don’t get me wrong… I WILL be drinking it. I love caffeine too much to go without. But I love caffeine too much to get it in Starbucks form.
Well, OK, why the highly starred review?
I was on a weekend getaway a few months ago in Orlando… and went with friend (under duress) to local ‘buckters. And bless them… I found THE french press that I had been searching for! Double walled all glass. So elegant.
And. So delicate. I’m washing it gingerly not two weeks after I get home, and out of nowhere, the glass splits. Fuckers!
I find out (well, my bf actually. yay.) that they sell it (It’s $ 50 or so) right at my local spot.
In he goes and says I was just washing it, and… GUESS WHAT? They replaced the whole thing.
For that, I love them. LOVE.
