This Wendy’s cannot get orders right. Sent my son to get a Baconator with no cheese and lettuce only. He returned with a Baconator with cheese and no lettuce. Called the restaurant and talked to the manager. He apologized and said we could come back and get another sandwich. As my son had other things to do I told him we would come back another day. He gave me his name. My son went back a few days later and went in to restaurant. The manager gave his employee the order for the burger but low and behold they got it wrong again. After complaining again they finally got it right. I will not be visiting this Wendy’s again.

Went there tonight. I got a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles. The lettuce had a big white vein part in it. The tomato slice was pathetic. I took it off and replaced both the lettuce & tomato with fresh. The hamburgers were both burnt black. I had to cut that part off. The fries were cold & terrible. Are all you people working there on dope?! Fuddruckers gives you fresh. Dave Thomas is probably turning over in his grave. His daughter must not care about quality.

This location really is ideal for everyone. I wavered between giving 2 and 3 stars. The burgers/sandwiches are pretty fresh tasting and our orders have been correct for the most part — see below —(very standard orders/no special requests.) My issues which drop it to 2 stars are as follows: 1) The Fries are consistently cold/luke warm… they are never HOT. They taste like they have been sitting there a long time. 2)The drive thru is SLOW. 3) The drive thru order taker is unintelligble and no one in the car can understand what he is saying. He needs to speak up as well as enunciate/speak clearly. 4)If we order a 10pc nugget, we expect to get 10 nuggets… not 9… my kiddo has gotten shorted twice and it’s kinda ridiculous that we have to tell the kid to count his nuggets before we leave the drive thru window. With that said, their corporate revamping of the menu has created some fantastic and very tasty new sandwiches… Hello Asiago Ranch Grileld Chicken Club!!! YUM!

I don’t have unreasonable expectations for fast food. But this was disappointing by any standard. Messed up the burgers Had to go back to counter to get remainder of order Cold fries Burgers that were clearly cooked over an hour ago Litter on the floor in the dining area The manager was being harsh to the cashier and as a result she was surly If it wouldn’t have been a hassle to do so I would have asked for a refund and gone to the Five Guys on the other side of the parking lot, which I should have done in the first place.

I don’t mind the service. The line is short. It is close to campus. I get my things and I go. The location of the Wendy’s is perfect. Not hard to find. Plenty of space. Food … Well it’s a fast food chain so it’s good for what it is

I’m giving this store 3 stars because it’s fair and I have been to many other stores. It is cleaner than most others. Plus I work for the company. When it comes to wrong orders or mistakes. We apologize. It is not our intention to do so. Mistakes will happen no matter what or how hard we try. Expecially if we are busy making” tons«of meals ready to eat under 2 minutes to serve.(customers order in bulk at this location) This is fast food and not a regular restaurant where they have 20 – 40 minutes to screw it up. According to Anne M. and her comments. My dear you are so totally wrong about our fryers and oil. I envite any customer to come look at our store escorted(by me and must be approved by the regional manager/office first) to prove that she is completely wrong . I like to make sure customers are happy and satisfied. If there ever is a problem I will make sure it is fixed so you are happy.

I love Wendy’s. But this location is just aggravating. They always get my order wrong or don’t understand what I’m trying to order. Also, the food that comes out has often been sitting around for a while and tastes old/re-deep fried. Bleh.

Who reviews a Wendy’s? Well, I do, but only because this one is sooooo bad. In my younger years I worked a fryer, so I know how disgusting the fryer oil must look at this Wendy’s. It most likely hasn’t been changed in weeks. It’s nearly black. There is a layer of gooey slim on the fryer basket when you pull it out, along with a thick layer of it along the bottom and slides of the vat. So, if you add chicken nuggets to that oil, you end up with an over-cooked, hard as a rock, turd of a nugget. It’s dark brown. It’s stinking and saturated with old, dirty oil. And that is how I describe the 6 pack of nuggets I received recently at this Wendy’s. Ewww. Never again.

This may be the worst Wendy’s that I have ever visited. I walked in and saw only four people on line. It took almost 20 minutes to reach the counter from there. The person at the counter had little command of English and orders were taking forever. After finally ordering a number one combo, I waited another 10 minutes for it to come out. The burger was fine but the tomato was nowhere near ripe, still green and tasteless. The fries were undercooked and greasy. I would hate to eat here if it was actually busy. Major changes need to be made here.

Double cheeseburger good, new fries not so good maybe it’s an acquired taste? This location cleaner than other stores. I still like wendy’s burgers so I will be back. Wish they had soda machine for refill’s.

You see these amazing deals on the Television about $ 1 spicy nuggets or $ 1 Frosty’s, but then you see the«at participating locations» below. Well, Wendy’s in Sterling does not participate in anything! Big disappointment. Although, I do encourage you to haggle. Most times you can get a manager override.
