The Bride booked a block of rooms at this hotel. The wedding was at 4 pm. Check in time was 3 pm with no exceptions. We asked the manager Shannon and she still said no early check in. How is anyone supposed to check in to the hotel, unpack, dress for the wedding, and travel to the venue in less than an hour? This place might be ok for a weekend where you are not constrained to a schedule but BRIDESPLEASEDONOTUSETHISHOTELFORYOURWEDDINGGUESTS. There is no flexibility, even for wedding guests.

They found me a room despite being full, and I was really surprised at the hotel upon arrival. Lodge style common areas, very clean and homey feeling. Room was modern and very comfortable. Great indoor pool and jacuzzi. Did I mention the waffle iron in the breakfast area?

Pros: –Fantastic complimentary breakfast with lots of variety. They offered sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, and baked goods. –There’s no on-site fitness center, but they have free guest passes for the Anytime Fitness down the street. –Military Discount(Props to any business that offers this) –Free Wi-Fi –Located next to a Target, Walmart, and Cub Foods, in case you forgot anything. –Located next to a Chipotle, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Ruby Tuesday, for an easy dinner. Cons: –Older fixtures and décor, but it feels homey. Kind of reminds you of your Great Aunt Muriel’s house. –No elevator. Be prepared to carry your suitcase up the stairs. –We asked the front desk to have housekeeping clean our room while we were out. They didn’t. Good value overall.
