Eat at your own risk. You would think you can’t mess up something that already comes pre-​cooked, but apparently this location can. In their defense, it could be part of a larger problem. Needless to say, I ordered hot wings from here and instantly got food poisoning. I recall some of the wings looking rather more red & bloody than anything should. Of course, I didn’t eat those ones. When I called the next day to speak to the manager. I was asked the dumbest question: «Do you still have the wings?» OF COURSE NOT! They’re in the trash or obviously part of vomit at this point. The manager even had the audacity to offer me more wings for my trouble! Come on now! Why would I subject myself to more illness?! Ridiculous. I’m thinking about contacting corporate just for the manager’s dumb suggestion. As I stated before, eat at your own risk…

I went through the drive thru, a while back. I ordered 3 piece meals and when I got home I had 2 piece meals given to me. I called them to let them know and the associate that I spoke to was informing another associate while I was on the phone, what happened. They started yelling in the back ground that they know they put in 3 pieces (even though they didn’t) and were being extremely rude, immature and unprofessional. It was ridiculous! I never went back and never will! I just hope that upper management is aware of what type of business they are running there.

Tried to over charge, food wasnt cooked all the way. Filthy place to eat. worst a&w /​kfc we have ever been to… id rather eat dirt

Does this place understand English at all… I was on drive thru asking 6 orders of legs and thighs which total 12 pieces chicken. And they said 6 pieces total. Get real can’t you multiply. No wonder these guys works here. I also order a small gravy only and they asked me a 4 or 8 oz. I said small, again he said a 4 or a 8 oz in a rude ass attitude. You should know what size is small duh, bad customer services, very rude, these guys must be on their period. Don’t you understand the word coming out of my mouth Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan.

Not the safest neighborhood but I was near the area. The workers were fast and have no complaints about the food.

This store is a joke. The crew is more concerned with flirting with customers then they are about serving accurate orders to their customers. Bad food, bad service I doubt I will return to this location.

Went here to get some Kentucky Fried Chicken. The location of this KFC happens to be right next to another chicken place, Church’s chicken. The atmosphere of this KFC is nice looking and it also includes an A&W Rootbeer. We ordered a 20 piece bucket meal, which included sides and such. It costed us $ 43.99. We also tried a Mini Oreo Swirl, which was really small and overpriced. $ 1.99 for a small cup, see picture added. Service was pretty good here. 4 stars!

I don’t like kfc at all. The only reason I’m reviewing this one is because it is the closest to my house. I don’t know if it’s the way this place makes the chicken or what, but every time I went there, the chicken was nastier and more greasy than the last visit. And don’t get me started about when they switched to 0 trans fat, it was even more oily and tasteless.
The sides are ok, but I just don’t believe that their meals seem worth the price. For a fast food restaurant, the absence of a real value menu (ie. $ 2.99 for this, this, and a drink) is startling to say the least.
This review is not to bag on one single location, but to show what to expect from this chain of fast food restaurants.
Also, the only reason I even gave it a star is because there is an A&W attached to it, but that’s another story.

All I can say is this place is phucked. Josh you are too nice in your review. I can’t believe how they ripped off my mother buying chicken. The first time she went, her goals were to buy the 8 piece 12.99 dinner special. They told her that she could buy the 8 pieces for 11.00 so she bought the more expensive combo.
I told her that she should insist that they honor the advertised specials so she went again today. This time they shorted her the packets of napkins, butter, spoon etc. now how can you eat chicken without napkins, or eat the dry stale biscuits without some butter.
Come on Charter way KFC does all your employees suffer from Terminal Cranial Rectosis?
I am not sure if I will ever go to this location because it is so difficult for me to communicate with the thinking impaired.

This place sucks. They are always out of what you want so you have to wait for more to cook. Besides that it’s kind of gross anyway. go to church’s chicken a block down. quite a bit better than here.
