This Radio Shack is bad! The so called manager Maria has no customer service. She accused my Mother of stealing. The manager Maria told my mother that the cable that she had brought back in was not the right one that she pretty much had exchange it for a different one. My mother told her that she did not do that and that she had no other cables at home and that was the right one that goes in there. Maria the manager kept arguing with my mother. So we took it into our own hands and we called corporate. We went back the next day to the same RadioShack because I myself wanted to talk to Maria the manager. She was not at work she already have left for the day. Of the employees working there said that she had told them about the incident that had happened and not to sell anything to my mother for her to go to Best Buy instead. What kind of manager turns away business. She will be apologizing to my mother. Do not shop there

Just your typical Radio Shack. This is very close to my house so it’s an easy score for me. I have to say that if you’re an electronics guy this is the store for you. If you’re like me and just need a battery or special cord then you’re in luck as well. The store is very nice and the sales staff is up-to date on the products they sell and seem to welcome any questions you might have.

Honestly the best service ive seen in a long time. Vanessa has seriously gone out of her way to help my wife & I. She knows her electronics, explains everything thoroughly and made sure we are more than happy when we left the store. I come here often and all the staff is excellent. Vanessa, Juan and Vanny, I miss Shawn too, he was great! Thank you!

In contrast to the other review, I have never had any issues here… with the employees, merchandise or returns. They might not have everything in stock but they will call the other stores and attempt to find it for you. Handy and convenient when it comes to those little cables, jacks, connectors and terminals.
They are located in the Raley’s shopping center on W. Hammer Lane. Give ‘em a try!

Worst Radio Shack ever! Sales staff are completely clueless and rude. Made the mistake of paying by check and when I got home discovered that the item was not only inoperable, but had been used and returned with some parts missing. Tried to return the item next day, but they said I had to wait 10 business days for the check to clear. Came back a couple of weeks later about 20 minutes before closing and they said they had locked up the tills, so they couldn’t give me the refund, came back again a week later(three trips now) and they started drilling me about the missing parts and that they would have to give me a gift card. I made a big enough of a scene in front of the other customers, that the manager caved-in and gave me the cash. The people who work here are high school drop-outs and the manager was the rudest A-hole I’ve ever dealt with in retail. If Radio Shack had a clue, they’d pull the plug on this store. But then again, that would mean that these loser employees would go on welfare, and I’d end up paying for their sorry asses all over again. Do yourself a favor and buy your electronics at Amazon. They don’t give you any grief, have a very good return policy and — best yet — you don’t have to deal with glue-sniffing sales staff and managers!
