This location uses deceptive pricing and charges you more than the prices on their menu. Add on to that they don’t give you a receipt making it harder to notice They make great drinks but I can not over look their pricing actions. I have notified management so let’s see if they respond.

Absolutely horrible management and service! Sat at drive-thru line speaker box for a solid 6 minutes and no one ever once said anything. Drove around to the front and saw an employee take a spoon out out of the packaging with her mouth and then place that spoon in a shake! Disgusting! Super long line with no care from the employees. Customers were driving away and getting out of their cars to see what was taking so abnormally long. I have also come to this sonic before and they have messed up my order. Word of advice: go anywhere but here! Need management that actually cares about their customers.

No! Don’t go here! There were 3 cars and we waited 10 minutes for a sausage croissant. When I was ready to drive away, a lady came out with a tray and delivered all cars orders at once. The car-side credit card machines didn’t work, so she has to take all payments of the cars, go inside, bring them back. The food was cold, the tater tots were bitter from old grease. Just don’t. No.

This Sonic is close to my house & my family has frequently gone. Initially it was great with good service & the same people serving every morning… then something happened & it went downhill. Lots of teenagers were working there that didn’t have a clue & took a million years. The food they served was awful & always had something missing or wrong. You could tell that they didn’t care at all. I have stayed away & taken my business elsewhere for months. Driving by I noticed that their sign mentioned that they had new management. We tried it & it does seem better, but still slow. They still seem to be in training mode. I hate to see a local business fail, so I will give them a second chance to redeem themselves.

It’s hard to even give this Sonic one star! I’ve been there numerous times over the last 2 years and without fail it takes 15−20mins to get our order. When we finally do receive our order, it’s usually cold or wrong. Last time I went, I ordered mozzarella sticks and the cheese was still frozen on the inside. Bad management and under-trained employees.

Slow… Waited 5 – 7 min on a Master Blaster and for them even acknowledge me. Horrible. I feel bad for the people who actually work hard here.

This place always seems understaffed. I was told after pulling into a bay to place an order that I needed to go around through the drive through because they were understaffed. The poor drive thru attendant could not get it together. I frequent this place, but my frequency will be decreasing significantly in the near future due to lack of service and quality of food.

Doesn’t technology help food places keep track of orders? Keep in mind that we went inside. So the guy in front of me was complaining about his order and how he had been standing there forever. Now I’m saying to myself«self, this guy just needs to settle down, I’m sure it hasn’t been that long». The girl at the counter looked blankly at him and then at her screen… She looked like she had never seen him before, only before my group there was only one other person in there! Haha! Surely this wouldn’t happen to my group of 5. Unfortunately it did. 3 out of 5 anyway. Not good statistics. Never judge the guy in front of you. He could represent your future :)
